Construction, decoration and allied services including security arrangements, Insurance, obtaining necessary permissions from local authorities/ enforcement agencies etc. for India Show to be organized by ITPO in Lima,Peru from March 11-15,2020.

Rates for Peru

Per sq.mtr. Rate for booth construction in construction in Octonorm system of 2.50 mtrs height for stand construction along with laminated wall panels as per specifications given in the drawing/lay out plan including facia writing with poly vinyl superior quality self sticking cut out letter up to 4” height beyond 2.50m ht. of stall (provided at the time of award of work) with display props/furniture, lights, power connections, approved fascia, title graphics etc. As per drawing A. The design of facia to be provided by ITPO and printing and pasting to be done by agency.

Extra for using 1.50m Octonorm System above the facia design for allowing of fixing of approved brandings (provided at the time of award of work) as per drawing B The design of branding above facia to be provided by ITPO and printing and pasting to be done by agency. Note:- The item does not include cost of construction of stall.

Stands without Display Aids such as Store, Lounge, Recption etc. including facia wherever required (Rate to be entered in US$ per sq.mtr.)

Non-woven needle punch carpet (if required) of genuine fibre including mintenance during exhibition period (rate to be entered on per sq.mtr. basis)

Stage Area (Unit rate to be entered in US$ per sq.mtr.): i. The height of stage may be 12 to 18 inches with two steps 36 inches in width from both sides of stages. ii. The stage area flooring will be wooden with carpeting

Items to be provided over and front of Stage (Unit rate to be entered in US$ per sq.mtr.): i. Adequate stage lighting for cultural programme ii. Chairs (30 Nos.) in front of stage iiii. One no. Podium including mic with India Show Peru logo pasted up front. The logo design to be provided by ITPO. iv. Lockable green room at the back of stage made from prefab octonorm systems of area 12 sqm along with 2nos. looking mirror. v.Lamp with candles, floral decoration, lighter etc. for inauguration. vi. One Professional Audio Visual/Sound system for cultural programme with monitor on stage & playback facility of pendrive, laptop, mobile, DVD etc. & necessary cables with minimum 2 cordless mics and 4 corded mics including one/two operator/s on site.

Permission/NoCs/Clearances/Security/Insurance/etc. [This includes obtaining of Muncipality permission, Compliance of terms and condition of the agreement between ITPO & Jockey Convention Centre, Hiring of adequate number of Security Guards, Deployment of Ambulance, Civil liability Insurance etc]

Shuttle Service: [Shuttle should be about 20 seators with Branding of India Show. This will be operational between Jockey Plaza and Jockey Convention Centre. The shuttles will ply for a total of 8 hours a day for the entire duration of the exhibition. Price should be inclusive of local permission to be required for running between the said venues.] (Rate to be entered for per shuttle per day and should be inclusive of fuel as required)

Interprete/Local Staffr: Will be engaged for 8 hours per day (Rate to be entered per interpretor per day)

Decorative healthy Plants having 1feet 6 inches to 2feets height with pot including maintenance during exhibition period.

Spot light (High Luminosity White Light) with wiring including of earth wire up to stalls.

Reception Table with bar stool

Housekeeping/Cleaning of outside the exhibition hall as well as complete India Pavilion including constructed booths, passages, toiletsetc. Providing soap, tissue papers/roll, fragnance cubes, air freshner etc. inside toilet on regular basis from the day of possession up to the dismantling of booths on last day. The housekeeping to be carried out by agency multiple times a day including collection of garbage & removal of same in garbage bags and dustbins whenever required as per ITPO fair team

Covering / enclosing areas with OC wall having laminated ply panels of 2.50 mtr height. as per the direction of ITPO team

Kettle for hot water

Construction of 'THEME Pavilion' inside India Pavillion of approximate 36sqm area including panels of prefab octonorm system with graphics pasted over atleast 15 panels and 1 self standiy of Mahatma Gandhi or any other figure of approx. 4ft. Height made up of sun board supported over stable base. It also includes carpeting, 25 nos. spot lights with wiring including of earth wire up to stalls. etc. The design of graphics and self standies etc. to be provided by ITPO and printing/ pasting etc. to be done by agency. This item to be executed as Lumpsum job.

Facilitation fee for Importeron-Record and Exporter on-Record ( for return shipment from Peru) on per exhibitor . Rate to be entered in US Dollars per exhibitor per day. For the purpose of ascertaining the L1 bidder, the number of companies/exhibitors is being reckoned at 60 Nos. The payment will be made at the quoted unit rate for actual number of exhibitors.

Facilitation fee (for payment and compliance of VAT/VVAT/Customs Duty applicable in Peru) to be charged from participating exhibitors on per exhibitor of 9sqm per day basis for on-thespot sales by exhibitors. [This amount shall be collected directly from participating companies in advance as per the details given in Para 3.37 Please also note that the amount quoted in BOQ shall be collected from exhibitors of booth size other than 9sqm on pro-rate basis
