Supply & Fix new hermetically sealed compressor in existing Split type AC, upto 2 Ton (Inverter/Non Inverter) capacity including intial filling of refrigerant gas to the required pressure, brazing, electric/piping connection etc complete all as specified and directed Make : Voltas/Shriram/Tecumesh//Hitachi/LG/Blue Star

All as per item No 1.00 above but for Water cooler 40/80 liters capacity Notes for item Nos. 1 & 2 : (i) The Contractor shall submit original purchase voucher alongwith manufactures test certificate and Guarantee Card etc (ii). The quotd rates shall deemed to include to undertake Guarantee of one year from certified dated of completion by the contractor for free replacement of compressor and /or rectification of the same (including charging of gas) all as directed by the GE in case any defects are noticed (during Guarantee period of 01 year) due to any reasons whatsoever may be.

Taking out window type air conditioner of capacity upto 1.5/2 TR of any make/type after disconnecting of electric supply and removing dust by using blower and cleaning the condenser coils and components by using water and caustic soda, checking and replacing the spares like relay, capacitors, thermostat, fan motor, blades & blower and including servicing,overhauling and charging of refrigerant and testing including fixing back in its original location complete all as specified and directed.Note: Cleaning of AC will be done through water Jet spray only , contractor must arrrange all related equipments like jacket and tub for collecting the water and sprayed out at suitable location.

Taking out split type air conditioner (both indoor and outdoor units) of capacity upto 1.5/2 TR of any make/type (Inverter/Non Inverter) after disconnecting refrigerant pipes, drain pipe and electric connection and removing dust by using blower and cleaning the condenser coils and components by using water and caustic soda, checking and replacing the spares like relay, capacitors, thermostat, fan motor, blades & blower and including servicing, overhauling and connecting of refrigerant pipe,drain pipe and charging of refrigerant and testing including fixing back in its original location complete all as specified and directed. NOTE FOR ITEM NOS. 3 & 4 (i) Spares will be measured and paid separately as supply only. (ii) Refrigerant gas will be measured and paid separately as supply only. (iii) Cleaning of AC will be done through water Jet spray only , contractor must arrrange all related equipments like jacket and tub for collecting the water and sprayed out at suitable location.

Replacement of corroded body base tray & connected portion of window type AC upto 2 Ton capacity (base tray made out of M S Sheet 18 Gauge and other portion with MS sheet 20 Gauge) including motor mounting frame, nuts/bolts of suitable size and spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer including replacement of damaged insulation etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : For replacement of the body, cost of dismantling of compressor etc including reassembling and gas charging etc as required at site shall also be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Taking out corroded body & frame of water cooler of 40/80 Litres storage capacity and replacement with new angle iron frame of size 40 x 40 x 6mm and cooler body with MS/CRCA sheet of 20 gauge, painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat or red oxide primer by spray painting, including reassembleing & refixing of all parts etc complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing in repairs blower fan motor for 1.5/2 TR capacity window type air conditioner complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of existing size fan with blades of motor for water cooler upto 150 Ltr capacity including testing etc complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in repairs existing size blower fan for 1.5/2.0 TR window type air conditioner complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs blower drum of window type AC upto 1.5/2 ton capacity complete all as specified and directed. Make: Voltas/Carrier/Blue Star/LG.

Taking down carefully serviceable split type AC upto 2 Ton capacity any type (Inverter/Non Inverter) & refixing inner & outer unit at new location alongwith existing frame work, bracket, refrigerant tubing, cable, stablizer etc and making good existing surface to match with the adjoining surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Taking out / storing of refrigerant gas from outdoor unit compressor and refilling at new location, making holes in walls, re plastering hole with cement/ wall putty shall be carried out by the contractor without any extra cost from the department.

Supply, fixing, clamping and jointing copper tubing in replacement of 3/8" dia for suction line and for liquid discharge line duly insulated with suitable insulation material for split AC including necessary soldering, flaring work, jointing, testing etc, making hole in wall for passing though pipe and making good to the disturbed surface to match with the adjoining surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Lay PVC Nylon braided pipe 20 mm bore heavy duty including fittings to drain out condensed water of split AC including cutting of floor / wall & making good after laying of pipe to match the existing surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

(a) Central AC plant of capacity 3 x 26 TR Capacity (One unit stand by) comprising of compressors, motor, condensers, Chillers, AHU, refrigerant, piping, controls, pumps, water supply pipes and controls cooling towers, eletrical panels, instruments starters, strip heaters and repairs/replacement of control cabling/wiring including for the smooth and effiecient of AC plant to achieve desired inside conditions through out the given period. (Location EDP School INS Hamla) Note for above items : (a) Contractor should provide all necessary stationery for records. (b) The operator will clean the surrounding area on daily basis for which the labour rates are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Manual rescue and operation rescue of Electric supply installations round the clock in three shifts each shift 8 hrs (Shifts : 1st shift : 0600 to 1400 hrs, 2nd shift : 1400 to 2200 hrs, 3rd shift : 2200 to 0600 hrs) including Sunday & holiday by employing one Higher skilled Electrician (having knowledge of HT VCB, Transformers, APFC & LT Panels) in each shift at Main Receiving Station at INS Hamla including operating HT & LT panels , carrying out break down maintenance in transformer, HT,LT Panels cables and attend complaint and rectify etc, daily cleaning and upkeep of surrounding area of installation and Maintaning record of daily Break Down & maintenace, Monitoring & Recording of parameters such as Voltage, Current, PF etc Power factor at MRS, at INS Hamla all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (a) All the T&P required for the Manual rescue & Operation rescue of installations shall be provided by the contractor and cost of the same is inclusive of quoted rate (b) Materials required for upkeep of installations such as rooms, dusty cloth for cleaning of plants, buckets, etc shall be always available at the installations for use and shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (c) The Contractor should prepare duty chart on monthly basis and shall be got approved by Engineer-in-Charge. (d) Attendance register shall be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge on Daily basis. (e) In case any operator is missing or absent from duty, a penalty of Rs 2000/- per technician shall be recovered from contractor and Engineer-in-Charge decision shall be final and binding on this account. (f) To provide uniform, tools & plants, safety means like glove etc to the employees and also alternative employee (reliever) for Manual rescue and operation rescue of Installation so that the other employees can avail the facility of weekly leave etc. (g) To keep the installation & allied area in clean and tidy condition during the operation period. (h) To carryout the routine maintenance, minor repairs and to rectify the minor defects to keep the plants / Installation in serviceable condition all as directed by the GE and Engineer-in-Charge. However, the major repairs, replacements, overhauling etc are not included in the scope of the above items. (j) To keep necessary documentation duly signed by all the concerned. Attending of day to day Storage Electric Geysers( 25/50 Ltrs storage capacity ) complaints by disconnecting of electric connection and water supply connection,and refixing after repair and rectification of defects of geyser i.e to replace burnt wires to change indicator lamp, top plug nuts/bolts/gaskets/safety release valve/anchor fastners etc and making the Geyser ready for re-use Any small items such as are deemed to be included in the rate quoted for this item. Note: - The inner shell, outer cover, thermostat switch, Geyser assembly. Geyser elements, bottom cover ,SS Pipe set(02Nos) of hot and cold water supply ., if replaced shall be measured and paid separately complete all as specified and as directed.
