For straightening of 220 KV Main Bus at 220 KV Cantt

Destringing of existing All three phase 220 KV Bus Bar of single moose conductor alongwith tension fitting & disc insulator and dismantaling of associated jumper of different bay including shifting & proper stacking of dismantled materials in the store of 220 KV S/S Cantt. (approx span 54 meter)

Replacement of defective all 3 phase male female arm assembly of 220 KV isolator of 200 MVA T/F-I & II by new channel type male female arm assembly, including shifting of new arm assembly from store to site & opening of 12 nos. jumpers one by one & dismantling of old male female arm assembly of isolator after opening nut bolts then fixing new male female contact arm assembly proper adjustment for smooth operation.

Stringing and proper sagging of new 220 KV Twin Bus bar section R,Y &B phase twin moose conductor of 220 KV Main bus section including fixing of spacer clamp in regular interval. This work including fitting of tension clamp hositing of disc insulator etc. & jumpering work from main bus to bus related bus isolator by twin zebra conductor with replacing of single moose connector with double moose connector.

Dismantling of all three phase jumper of single zebra conductor from (i) CT to Line isolator - 03 Nos. (ii) Line isolator to Circuit breaker - 03 Nos. (iii) Circuit breaker to Bus isolator - 03 Nos.

Strengthening & tightening of twin zebra conductor with suitable spacer from (i) CT to Line isolator - 03 Nos. (ii) Line isolator to Circuit breaker - 03 Nos. (iii) Circuit breaker to Bus isolator - 03 Nos.
