Supply of 33KV incoming outgoing isolating breaker panel with CTs,PTs,numerical relays,transformer protection relays, relays for OTI,WTI,Buchholz,MOG,auxiliary relays,multi function meters. Detail specification as per Annexure-1 of Technical Specifications

Installation of 33KV ICOG panel at location inscluding proper alignment,earthing connection, power and control cable termination and make ready the panel for charging. The job shall also include necessary testing like primary injection,secondary injection,HiPOT test to be carried out in the panel.

All galvanized materials shall withstand test as per IS: 2633 (1972). Painting of transformer and NGR shall be under the scope of the bidder.Paint shall be as per IS-5,RAL-7031

Earth Electrodes : Supplying, providing and constructing GI Pipe Earth electrodes as Per IS:3043; GI Pipe Medium Class'B' 65 mm Dia; 3000 mm long complete with Earth Pit and all necessary materials including excavation of Earth Pit, filling with homogeneous layer of Charcoal and salt, Back filling, providing necessary Brick Masonry work, Plastering, MS/CI cover; Test links for connecting the earth Grid and Earth Electrode etc. complete as per Annexure D. This also includes testing of Earth resistance after completion as per Indian Electricity Rules. Minimum depth of burial shall be 3000 mm, homogenous hygroscopic material should not be less than 1 cum. & should cover 300 mm around the electrode up to a height of 2500 mm. Include 100mm dia GI pipe on all four sides for entry of earth strips. The scope of work also includes providing earth pit markers indicating resistance, test date, next due date etc. as per std. earthpit boards on GI plate of size @ 300 x300 mmx 2mm thick with a GI hollow section stand of of 25 mm square & length @ 1m; grouted in PCC 1:4:8 at a depth of @300 mm below the ground level and the top of plate should be @ 700 mm above the ground level.

Supply, fabrication and installation of MS base frames, supports for switchgear, and brackets for miscellaneous electrical equipments, cable and cable tray supports out of rolled MS sections, pipes, plates etc. including shot blasting, welding, bolting, rivetting, supply of necessary anchor bolts and grouting etc., supply of paint and applying one coat of anti-rust primer and two finished coats of approved synthetic enamel paint(as per Table-10 of specification 6-44-0004 suitable for highly corrosive environment) including breaking walls, floors etc. for structures as required including supply of all GI hardware materials, all labour and materials complete as per approved drawings, specifications of this tender and directions of Engineer-in- Charge. Grubbing, scrubbing & clearing the areas, removal of roots/boulders,breaking clods, making up the hollow produced by removal of roots/boulders with available earth, clearing the site of all objectionable/unserviceable materials by means of manual or mechanical excavation as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. The cutting and stripping work shall be done to an average depth of 300 mm and the surface rough-levelled for subsequent works. Including loading, transport, unloading and disposal of the unserviceable material at designated areas within the plant boundary and leveling the same.

Making horizontal bore under the WBM etc. of the roads: making horizontal bore under the WBM of the roads etc., manually or by machinefor laying upto 100mmNB GI/RCC pipes,excavating the side approach to facilitate boring,backfilling the same after completion of works including supply of tools,tackles and equipments etc. personal protective equipments to complete the job as required ,excluding the supply of GI pipes and as per direction Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and spreading of approved fine river sand in cable trenches including all labour and materials complete as per specifications and direction of Engineer- in-charge.

Supply and laying of approved second class bricks of thickness 3" in cable trenches for cable protection including all labour and materials complete as per specifications and direction of Engineer- in-charge.(Actual area of laid brick surfaces shall be measured)

Excavation and backfilling of trenches for cable and earth strip in all types of soil (except rock), shoring, shuttering and dewatering (if necessary) including consolidation and disposal of surplus earth upto a distance of 30 metre including all labour and materials complete as per approved drawings, specifications and direction of Engineer- in-charge.(Excavated trench dimensions shall be measured).

Supply and installation of chequered plate of MS Plate 6mm thick-supply,fabrication and installation for covering floor cut-outs/cable trenches etc., including all labour and materials and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin- charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.
