Supply & fixing Windows frames (Chowkhats) including mullions consisting frame fabricated from sheet roll formed out of 1.2mm thick galvanized sheet as per IS:277 (Base steel as per IS 513) with zinc of 120 gm/sqm & Powder coated with pure Polyester powder up to 50 microns (as per approved colour), 3 Nos. 100mm butt - hinges 2mm thick, 6 Nos. 1.2mm thick CRCA electroplated stiffner, 6 Nos. M.S hold fast with split and tail welded to stiffner plate 200mm long, receiver for aldrop, weld less corner assembly with brackets & screws, M.S tie rod 50mm x 25mm to be fixed at bottom finished with powder coated total thickness of coating 0.6mm of approved shade, fixed in position including the cost of cement concrete for 1 :2:4 for fixing lugs complete in all respects as per drawing, design, specification & entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.Door Frame of size 80mm x 50mm with 37mm wide single rebate for 35mm door shutter (HSR 13.21.1)

Providing and fixing ISi marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters:35 mm thick including ISi marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws (HSR 12.37.1)

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using stainless steel grade 304 wire gauge with wire of dia 0.5 mm and average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions for doors, windows and clerestory windows with necessary screws:-35 mm thick shutters, with ISi marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size, Kiln seasoned and chemically treated Hollockwood (HSR 12.32.1.1.2)

Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 4 mm thick float glass panes, including ISi marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws.Kiln seasoned and chemically treated Hollock wood,35 mm thick.(HSR 12.10.2.1)

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty:Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4mm (weight not less than 1Okg/sqm) (HSR 30.54.1)

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.(HSR 5.45)

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1 :3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry@ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.(HSR 10.62)

Brick work with common burnt clay non-modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor IV level in all shapes and sizes in:Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) (HSR 7.22.2)

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts, ISi marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete:300x10 mm (HSR 12.99.1)

Regarding terracing of mud phaska covered with tiles or brick, in cement mortar by dismantling tiles or bricks, removing mud plaster, preparing the surface of mud phaska to proper slope, relaying mud plaster gobri leaping and tiles or bricks, grouted in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand), including replacing unserviceable tiles or bricks with new ones and disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground (the cost of the new tiles or brick excluded), all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.(HSR 30.9)

Painting the wooden I metal surface with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:Two or more coats on new work (HSR 11.82.1)

N.S Recovery items Civil work

Bidders have to quote rates for recovery items at least or more than reserve price. The rates quoted against recovery items will not be included in the total amount, rather it will be deducted while calculating financial statement of the agency.

Collection of old door received after dismantling of the existing work (N.S) The reserve price of the dismantled material is as under:- @ Rs. 500/- each.

Collection of old window received after dismantling of the existing work (N.S) The reserve price of the dismantled material is as under:- @ Rs. 250/- each.
