Dismantling AC corrugated or semicorrugated sheets in roof covering / wall cladding all as specified and directed

M&L 6mm thick AC corrugated sheet on roof covering fixed with L or J type hook all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 2mm thick fibre glass reinforced transulent corrugated sheeting with two corrugate side lap fixed with 'L' or 'J' type hook fixed in roof ,wall etc all as specified and directed.

S&F for Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding towall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed.

S&F for Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding towall, fixed with self tapping screwsall as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs PVC based expanded metal sheet, cut to length, bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia in not exc 4kg or fixing with galvanised steel staples supplied and fixed at 10m height approx hanging with10mm thick plastic rope complete to wood or steel members all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl.item No.6 here in before but except material fixing with annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm fixing at 10m height approx hanging with10mm thick plastic rope complete to wood or steel members complete all as specified and directed. ( Note: Old Material in good condition obtained from Sl.item No. 6 shall be reused here)

Taking down steel rolling shutters pull and push type not exceeding 14 Sqm of clear opening each including hood cover and cleaning the sides of shutters, suspension shaft and guide channels and greasing al the moving parts of rolling shutters and straining of rolling shaft, tightening and re-fixing the same incl hood cover complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cleaning and greasing all moving parts of hanger MS door shutter of area exc 20 Sqm, straightening the member if any as required for smooth functioning of hanger door all as specified and directed.

M&L for welding in repairs exc 6mm and not exc 9mm in thickness and not exc 2.5cm in length complete fixed in position all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling all as specified Size of grid 605 x 605mm with using aluminium angle 25x25x4mm corner and 25x25x4mm T section all as specified and directed

S&F Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I.flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified and directed.

S&F12 mm Perforated particle board/tiles for insula-tion andaccoustic purposes,60x60 cm in size, fixedwith nails to timberframework or with staple on snap grid timber/GI/Aluminium framework with screws complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified and directed

S&F for Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc of confirming to Fe 410-W(Gde-E- 250) quality-A all as specified and directed

S&F for Rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates all as specified and as directed

M&L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed
