Renovation of western side jetty at kiltan

Abstract-I Dismantling of existing damaged concreates of slab, longitudinal beams, cross beams hand rails, electric posts ,low landings, screen walls, midtide beams etc and transporting the materials to the department stack yard as instructed by EIC leaving no brocken concrete pieces on the sea bed including hire charge of tractors, cost hire charge of required heavy machineries like concrete cutter, demolition hammer, breaker, etc of cost of labours complete.

Providing and laying design mix concrete of RCC M40 grade in accordance with IS 456 (Latest Edition) using coarse aggregate from mainland quarry, M-sand confirming to IS and 43 grade Ordinary portland cement confirming to IS 455, adding silica fume and approved plasticizer as per design mix as instructed by EIC, including cost of all materials- cement, stone chips, M-sand, cost of centering and shuttering, cost of all labour charges, mixing, conveying, placing, consolidation, screening and washing of coarse aggregate and M- sand, transportation charges of all materials to the Work Site at Kiltan, hire charges and running charges of Mixer Machine, vibrator, consumables and all other equipments, cost of minor tools etc. complete.

Centering and shuttering for Hand railposts, handrails and lighpost etc including cost of all materials (Cement, M Sand, 20mm chips), form work, transportation charge of materials to the site, hire charge of mixer machine, vibrator and minor tools as per the direction of EIC etc complete

Supply, deliver and transportation of steel of grade Fe 500 D HSCRM / HCR / CRS or equivalent confirming to IS 1786 with corrosion resistant element for Fabrication and fixing of reinforcement in superstructure works as per the directions of EIC, including cost of fabrication & fixing, cost of corrosion resistant deformed bars, all handling charges, cutting, bending, lapping, tying and welding in position wherever necessary with black 18 SWG annealed binding wire, all labour chargs, cost of binding wire, transportation charges for all materials from to worksite at Kiltan, all T&P required for the work and minor tools etc. complete.

Providing and laying design mix concrete of PCC M30 grade in accordance with IS 456 (Latest Edition) using coarse aggregate from mainland quarry, m-sand confirming to IS and 43 grade Ordinary portland cement confirming to IS 455, adding silica fume and approved plasticizer as per design mix in cast-in-situ for wearing coat etc.as instructed by EIC including cost Silica fume & Plasticizer , cement, stone chips, M sand, cost of all labour charges, mixing, conveying, placing, consolidation, screening and washing of coarse aggregate and m-sand, transportation charges of all materials to the Work Site at Kiltan, hire charges and running charges of Mixer machine, vibrator, consumables and all other equipments, cost of minor tools etc. complete.

Applying two coat of ready mixed acrylic plastic emulsion paint (Exterior emulsion) antifungals over the primer coat on the hand rails, posts, hand rails, light posts and on the right sides of the newly concreated jetty superstructure (longitudinal beam, deck slab side) as per the direction of EIC including cost of all the required materials and labour charges etc. complete.
