Re -development and bore well water yield test of existing / old bore well of 200mm bore by air compressor of requiste capacity (air compressor to be used for 8- 10 hrs per bore ) with air pipe line including lifting /lowering existing any capacity of submersible pumps and motor with column pipes of 100mm bore and all related accessories etc complete all as specified and directed . Note : Serviceable column pipes 100mm bore retrieve shall be reused and rusted/unserviceable column pipes shall be replaced by new and same shall be measured and paid under Sch/BOQ item No.6.02

Note : Serviceable column pipes 80mm bore retrieve shall be reused and rusted/unserviceable column pipes shall be replaced by new and same shall be measured and paid under Sch/BOQ item No.6.01 .

Supply and fixing of steel wire rope 8 mm dia for guard and tied / binded with submersible motor and pump set complete all as specified and directed. Note: Taking out of old/brocken steel rope shall be included in srl item No. 1.00 and 20.00 here-in-before.

M&L for mild steel ERW casing pipe fo 200mm bore, ISI marked, having wall thickness 7 mm as per IS 4270-1992, heavy grade jointed with electric resistance of high frequency induction welding the same with existing casing pipe and providing two coats of black bituminous paint externally complete all as specified and directed NOTE: Cost for dismantling casing pipe by cutting including excavation around the pipe for taking out unserviceable casing pipe is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Supply/ jointing and testing galvanized iron water tubing medium grade as in column pipe ,ISI marked, including necessary new GI socket, heavy duty, seamless, long threaded ISI marked & fittings / accessories ISI Marked complete all as specified and directed for the following size

Material and labour for cast iron/ductile iron specials/fittings such as bend, tee, socket, collar Reducer, Tail Pieces etc. suitable for spigot and socketed/ flanged end pipe of above150mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out existing damaged/unserviceable pressure water suction gauge -1 to 600 bar duel shape from existing position complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of pressure water suction gauge -1 to 600 bar as per existing size for 80 mm/100 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Carrying out following tests of water sample of 21 Nos bore wells and 01 outside supply from PHED under AF Station Gwalior and submit report duly signed complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Total Hardness PPM (b) Ph Value (c) Total disolved solids PPM (d) Microbial Test (e) Chloride PPM (f) Heavy Metal (Lead as Pb, Mercury as Hg, Copper as Cu, Magnesium as Mg, Arsenic,Iron as Fe,Fluoride, Nitrate,Sulphate,Calcium as Ca,Cadmium as Cd) (g) Bacteriological test,(h) Turbidity,(I) Total alkalinity,(J) Residual chlorine,(k) Total coliform (l) E coil Note;- All tests shall be carried out in NABL accredited lab after written approval of GE

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for anchorage blocks for pipe line/PCC Blocks for Monoblock pump set complete to mounted /making good the cut portion of roads/paths/hard standings etc including necessary from work where required , to support the pipe line complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coatsof 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint havingVOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance asper IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade(Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives@ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including primingcoat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm over new prepared concrete surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
