PROVISION OF IRON GRILL AND STRENGTHENING MEASURES FOR ARMORY OF DSC PLATOON AT CG SHIP SUPPORT COMPLEX PARADIP

Demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc.,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 600x450mmx7mm thick on vertical surfcaes such as skirtings,dados and riser to steps ,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar(1:4) cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with fly ash modular size bricks, built in CM 1 : 6, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius on plan complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 fair faces of brick Work or concrete surface including finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on other than fair faces of brick Work including finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil emulsion distember over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint & smooth surface over a coat of alkali resistant priming coat etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for nominal mix RCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including sup- ports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc complete all as specified and directed.
