The work of ERECTION OF 11 KV HT LINES & 25/63 KVA Sub-Stations for giving connections to 03 No. Centres (Water Treatment Plants) and RE-ERECTION OF 33 KV & 11 KV HT LINES on 8.5/11 Mtr. PCC/STP Poles with ACSR Weasel/Dog/PVC/XLPE Cable due to line shifting from 06 Centres (Water Treatment Plants) of "JAL JIVAN MISHAN" under NAMAMI GANGE PROJECT of AMALIKAUR/KHATAN PAYJAL YOJANAS at various places/villages as BAMHRAULI SANI (TERA DARSEDA PUMP HOUSE NO. 8) (BABERU), SONRAHI (TINDWARI), CHAUKI PURWA (HUSHI PURWA) (JASPURA), MIRJAPUR (GIRWAN) (MAHUA), ATARRA RURAL (BHURE YADAV KA PURWA) (MAHUA), ANATHUWA (MAHUA), JALALPUR-1 (BABERU), JALALPUR-2 (BABERU) & KHATAN (BABERU) etc. under FULL DEPOSIT SCHEME Year 2021-22 under EDD, BANDA/ATARRA, including the work of cartage of new line material from store to work site, details of the work as given below :-

Safe cartage of 8.5 Mtr. long PCC poles from store centre or from any other place to the respective site of work through the Kachha Pacca road including the work of its loading & unloading at the respective ends also including the work of dragging.

Safe cartage of 11 Mtr. long PCC/STP poles from store centre or from any other place to the respective site of work through the Kachha Pacca road including the work of its loading & unloading at the respective ends also including the work of dragging.

Safe cartage of line material viz. conductor, cable, GI earth wire, cross arm, angle, channel, insulator, clamps and other line material from store centre or from any other place to the respective site of work through the Kachha Pacca road including the work of its loading & unloading at the respective ends also including the work of dragging.

Safe cartage of 25 KVA Transformers from store centre or from any other place to the respective site of work through the Kachha Pacca road including the work of its loading & unloading at the respective ends also including the work of dragging.

Safe cartage of 63 KVA Transformers from store centre or from any other place to the respective site of work through the Kachha Pacca road including the work of its loading & unloading at the respective ends also including the work of dragging.

Erection of single support on 8.5 Mtr. PCC poles, including complete H.T./L.T. fittings as per direction of Engineer incharge/RESSPO manual.

Concreting/Grouting of single support on 8.5 Mtr. PCC poles. The support shall be grouted with cement, sand and brick ballast/stone ballast in ratio 1:4:8 (0.285 Cu. Mtr. each), including the cost of arrangement of cement, sand, brick ballast/stone ballast, stone pad etc. as per actual site requirement & direction of enginner incharge.

Erection of single support on 11 Mtr. STP poles, including complete H.T./L.T. fittings as per direction of Engineer incharge/RESSPO manual.

Concreting/Grouting of single support on 11 Mtr. STP poles. The support shall be grouted with cement, sand and brick ballast/stone ballast in ratio 1:4:8 (0.285 Cu. Mtr. each), including the cost of arrangement of cement, sand, brick ballast/stone ballast, stone pad etc. as per actual site requirement & direction of enginner incharge.

Erection of double pole structure on 8.5 Mtr. PCC poles, including complete H.T./L.T. fittings as per direction of Engineer incharge/RESSPO manual.

Erection of four pole structure on 11 Mtr. STP poles, including complete H.T./L.T. fittings as per direction of Engineer incharge/RESSPO manual.

Concreting/Grouting of four pole structure on 11 Mtr. STP poles. The support shall be grouted with cement, sand and brick ballast/stone ballast in ratio 1:4:8 (0.285 Cu. Mtr. each), including the cost of arrangement of cement, sand, brick ballast/stone ballast, stone pad etc. as per actual site requirement & direction of enginner incharge.

Erection and grouting of stay set including the work of nozelling etc. as per RESSPO manual and also including the cost of all grouting material.

Fixing of earthing rod as per direction of supervising engineer/RESSPO manual. including the cost of labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Laying, sagging, stringing, binding and jumpering of new ACSR Weasel Conductor on the erected poles as per direction of supervising engineer/RESSPO manual.

Laying, sagging, stringing, binding and jumpering of new ACSR Dog Conductor on the erected poles as per direction of supervising engineer/RESSPO manual.

Laying, stringing, binding and termination etc. of PVC Cable of size 3x70x35 Sq.mm. on the newly erected D/P as per direction of supervising engineer/RESSPO manual.

Laying, stringing, binding and termination etc. of XLPE Cable of size 3x120 Sq.mm. on the newly erected line as per direction of supervising engineer/RESSPO manual.

Installation of 25 KVA Capacity Transformers on the newly erected single/double pole structure in proper alignment and as per direction of supervising engineer/RESSPO manual.

Installation of 63 KVA Capacity Transformers on the newly erected single/double pole/plinth structure in proper alignment and as per direction of supervising engineer/RESSPO manual.

Fixing of Top channel with fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual.

Fixing of Dropper channel with fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual.

Fixing of MS Base angle with fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual.

Fixing of T-Off channel with fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual.

Fixing of 11 KV X-arm with fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual.

Fixing of 33 KV X-arm with fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual.

Fixing of 11 KV F-Bracket with fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual.

Fixing of 33 KV F-Bracket with fitting of all accessories as per RESSPO manual.
