Material and labour for dismantling heating plant outdoor unit/AHU/ centrifugal pump coupled electric motor of 3 HP capacity from the foundation bed for repairs by removing the coupling and foundation bolts etc. and taking to workshop and removing burnt windings, cleaning the stator and rotor with cleaning agent , rewinding the motor with appropriate gauge of super enameled copper wire of same gauge and same number of turnsof existing make ,insulating winding with existing class of insulation,including supply and replacement of foundation nut bolts same to site and re installation of motor with suitable packing materials and testing the motor satisfactory performance all as specified and directed.: Make : LG.

Disconnecting the filter bed from AHU and cleaning the air filters , removal of complete dirt deposited inside the filter bed area by spray of scale removing agent and flushing out with fresh water till removal of complete dirt from the fins area and flushing out with air blower and refixing the same in existing position complete all as specified and directed. Make : LG

Disconnecting the filter bed from indoor unit of various capacities (1TR-06Nos, 2TR-22Nos, 1.5TR-34Nos, 4TR-4Nos) and cleaning the air filters , removal of complete dirt deposited inside the filter bed area by spray of scale removing agent d flushing out with air blower and refixing the same in existing position complete all as specified and directed. Make : LG

Supply and fixing in repair the remote of indoor units of capacity 1.5TR. Make : LG

Material and labour for carrying out leak test for the refrigerent carrying copper pipe with insulation from outdoor unit to indoor unit for any leakage of refrigerant with Co2 gas under constant pressure of 250 psi (17 kg/cm2) after complete transfer of refrigerant gas from the entire system , rectification of leakages including cutting and brazing the refrigerant system whrever required and replacement of reflon washers of valves, copper tubing flare nuts etc. reneutralising after the pressure holds good for atleast 24 hrs vaccumisation charging the system with refrigerant gas, testing and commisioning of central heating system complete all as directed by engineer-in-charge.(necessary spares nitrogen gas and welding works are deemed to be included in the quoted rate) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , assembly and erection of GI sheet with C & SS rectangular/square duct made out of 'L' shaped hollow profile, duly factory boxed, incl all accessories such as Corner, Cleat, Carriage bolt, Gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints etc complete of size 24 Gauge complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , assembly and erection of GI sheet with TDF flange rectangular/square duct made out of 'L' shaped hollow profile, duly factory boxed, incl all accessories such as Corner, Cleat, Carriage bolt, Gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints etc complete of size 22 Gauge complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement insulation (nitrile insulated) of copper pipe of dia 10-30mm for covering the damaged insullation on existing copper pipe of heating plant all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in replacement copper pipe of I/D 12.7mm and thickness 22mm SWG (standard wire guage) completed all as specified and directed
