Supplying and erecting M.S. tubular scaffolding using 'H' frames of M/s. Acrow India (or) equivalent with horizontal and vertical rows @ suitable spacing as per I.S. specification which should be suitably overlapped at junctions and cross braced wherever required and securely tied, supporting the scaffolding with building members as permitted by the Engineer-in-Charge, including all pipes of scaffolding shall be atleast 40mm n.b. dia heavy class seamless pipe, providing necessary safety belt and helmet to the workers and dismantling & taking back the scaffolding, safety belt and helmet after the repair works are completed all as per specifications and directed by the EIC.

a)M S Steel scaffolding

Repairs to damaged RCC structural members at all locations/ floors using polymer modified cementatious mortar, for strengthening the existing RCC structural members using acrylic based polymer and comprising the following operations: 1. Breaking cracked / spalled concrete members along the cracks with plaster, including removing and stacking of all unserviceable material at site,simultaneous transportation and disposed at a location in Anushaktinagar as identified by EIC. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge. 2. Exposing and cleaning the reinforcement thoroughly by light tapping / wire brushing of using strong emery paper and finally by acetone /rust remover of Dr. Fixit / Anuvi chemicals / Fosroc or other eqivalent. 3. Applying a coat of polymer and cement slurry in the ratio 1:1 by volume to the reinforcement bars. 4. Polymer required for the work shall be procured by the Agency from approved Manufacturers Like M/s Astra , M/s Anuvi, M/s Apcotex or other approved equivalent manufacturer confirming to technical requirements as below and the invoices/challans etc to be submitted to EIC for record. Appearance: Milky white Ph- value : 9-10 Specific gravity : 1.055+/-0.005 Solid contents(%w/w)-: 44+/-1 Viscocity at 25 degree C temperature (in sec): 15-20 Testing of the material as per relevant codes at NABL approved third party Lab. is to be done by the Agency for every batch/lot of supply. 5. Bond coat should be applied @ 0.37 ltr./layer/sq.m. 6. Minimum FM of silica sand should be 2.10

Building up with polymer modified cementatious mortar for RCC structural members etc. in layers not exceeding 20 mm in a day (proportion – cement 50 Kg. : Silica sand 125 Kg. : polymer liquid 10 ltrs.) with necessary bond coat (polymer : Cement = 1:1 by volume) for tack coat and also for subsequent layers using polymer including curing, covering the flooring /window with tarpaulins or equivalent covering material to avoid deposition of polymer mortar and cleaning of floor / windows thoroughly on completion of repair work etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Polymer used for this work in KG shall be measured for payment.

b) Repairing with polymer bonded mortar up to 35mm thick in layers of not exceeding 20mm (with out chicken mesh) in a day (proportion- cement 50 Kg : silica sand 125 Kg) with applying protection coat / bond coat to reinforcement, bond coat to old concrete and bond coat for every successive layers of 20mm thick in proportion polymer : Cement-1:1 by volume as per specification including covering the floor/windows with tarpaulin or equivalent covering material etc., and cleaning after repair etc., complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge. The rate is inclusive of supplying and applying protection coat /Bond coat of polymer.

c) Repairing with polymer bonded mortar average 70 mm thick in layers not exceeding 20 mm in a day (proportion – cement 50 kg : silica sand 125 Kg. ) with applying protection coat / bond coat to reinforcement and bond coat for every successive layers of 20 mm thick in proportion Polymer : cement – 1:1 by volume as per specification including one layer of Chicken mesh 22 gauge, including covering the floor / windows with tarpaulin or equivalent covering material etc. and cleaning after repairs, curing etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the EIC. The rate is inclusive of supplying and applying protection coat /Bond coat of polymer.

Jacketing and strengthening of R.C.C column with free flow self compacting micro concrete made with Roff concrete Repair (Super flow micro concrete) manufactured by M/S. Roff construction chemical, (or) Renderoc RG manufactured by M/s. Fosroc chemicals (India) limited (or) ESSEN construction chemical or other approved equivalent make, which consist of dismantling loose concrete along with plaster, cleaning the reinforcement thoroughly with wire brush and finally with acetone, making micro concrete by mixing prepacked dry micro concrete and water in proportion as prescribed by the manufacture, mixing them thoroughly for 5 minutes for achieving free flow state of micro concrete, pouring the micro concrete in layers, compacting the concrete by blowing strokes with 16mm steel rod curing for 10 days (curing shall be commenced immediately after 4 hours of pouring concrete) etc. including providing shuttering and disposal of debris at a location in Anushaktinagar as identified by EIC etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the EIC . NOTE: 1. Measurement shall be taken as per actual consumption of pre-packed dry micro concrete in Kg. used for structural repairing work.

Reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete conforming to IS at all floors & levels including, supplying, cutting, bending, fixing and tying in position with 1.6 mm dia soft drawn annealed binding wire including cost of binding wire, labour etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Binding wire required for the work shall be supplied by the contractor & the same will not be measured for payment.

Sand faced cement plaster 20 mm thick in CM 1:4, two coats using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix of 'Roofit Mix'of M/s Premier Floor to Roof Materials pvt.ltd/ 'Build well' Ready mix plaster of M/s Walplast Products pvt.ltd/ 'Readiplast' of M/s Ultratech Cement Ltd/ Readymade Polymerised Drymix plaster -Silicoplast of M/s. Precise Conchem Pvt.Ltd. or other approved equivalent make, having minimum composition of C:S :: 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS 383 suitable for external plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechnical mixing with water in a metalic tray only to make good consistency as per the specification of the Manufacturer and applied over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces with base coat of 12 mm thick and finishing coat of 8 mm thick final rendering,including using richer mix for making corners if necessary, at all floors and levels, including making grooves of existing size wherever required, including cleaning the surfaces, including membrane curing by applying one coat brush, roller or spray using acryalic based curing compound i.e. Resikure of M/s Anuvi Chemicals/ Concure Of M/s FOSROC or other equvalent ( as per manufacturer's specification ) including removing existing damaged/ worn out plastering and disposal of debris at a location in Anushaktinagar as identified by EIC etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the EIC.

Ltd. or other approved equivalent make, having minimum composition of C:S :: 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS 383 suitable for external plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechnical mixing with water in a metalic tray only to make good consistency as per the specification of the Manufacturer and applied on internal wall and ceiling finished smooth with neeru over brick walls or concrete surfaces at all floors and levels, including curing and removing existing damaged/ worn out plastering and disposal of debris at a location in Anushaktinagar as identified by EIC etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by EIC.

Providing and applying one coat of base primer (Apex Ultima protect of M/s. Asian paints or Aquatech of M/s. ICI Dulux or equivalent) and two top coats of acrylic water proof exterior coating of Weathershield flexx rainproof system of M/s. ICI Dulux or other approved equivalent make and shade over the sand face / form finished surfaces / rough cast plaster at all locations as required, thoroughly mixed and applied at an interval of 6-8 hours for each successive coats and ensure consumption of 0.47 ltr/Sqm for 3 coats,(base coat @.29 Ltr/sqm & two top coats @0.18 Ltr/sqm ) for sand face surfaces including preparation of surface, cleaning and filling the cracks and crevices with Latex caulking crack filler etc. Complete generally as per the manufacturer's specification and as directed by the EIC. NOTE : 1) The surface shall be cleaned with water jet with high pressure water pump spray of at least 100 kg/sq.m. and brushing/ rubbing with coir to remove all foreign materials etc. before painting work. 2) The entire treatment shall stand guarantee for water tightness from external treated surfaces and for bone dry conditions for a period of Five ( 5 ) years .The guarantee shall be given on the regular format of the Department under Conditions of Contract. 3) Lower consumption less than as mentioned will be recovered @ Rs. 450/ltr 4) For any external leakage complaints received within a period of 5 years from the date of competion, The contractor shall attend all the external leakage complains and rectify them immediately within 7 days of intimation of such complaint from Deptt.

Over sand faced plastered / Form finished surfaces

Over rough cast plastered surfaces

Repainting of old painted surfaces with two coats synthetic oil bound distemper of approved shade and make over one coat of approved cement primer, including thoroughly scrapping, removal of old paint if any, sand papering & preparing the surfaces, applying approved stucco putty to entire surface to fill up crevices mild depression etc. scaffolding including cleaning of floors, doors & windows etc.& disposal of debris at a location in Anushaktinagar as identified by EIC etc. all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting old steel/wood work with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (Premium gloss enamel of asian paints or equivalant approved shade and make) over one coat of primer including preparing surfaces, filling with putty wherever required and cleaning etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the EIC.

On wooden surfaces with two finishing coat.

On steel surfaces like widows, collapsible doors,fencing wall, structural steel member, concertina/ barbed wire, chain link fencing etc. with two finishing coats over a coat of

Providing and applying two coat of Zycosil waterproof coating manufatured by Zydex Industries mixed in 1:2:20 propotion (1 Part Zycosil 2 Part Zycoprime 20 Parts of water) including filling up the stone masonry grooves with polymer rich cement silica sand mortar (1:2.5 with 200 ml of acrylic polymer) after scapping the old filling in any including cleaning surfaces of the stone masonry with water jet with high pressure water pump spray of at least 100kg/sq.m. and brushing / rubbing with coir to remove all foreing materials etc before applying zycosil waterproof coating etc. completed all as per specifications and directed by the Engineer - in - charge.

Providing and applying shrinkage crack filler of Dr.Fixit Crack X Paste / smart care crack seal of Asian paint in paste form / Aquatech crack filler in paste form of Dulux or other equaivalant material including opening the loose part of the existing crack , making the same in V - shape in required depth & width, cleaning the groove by removing dust, oil, grass, loose particals etc., press the crack filler in to the crack one time only with a spatula or putty knite and level the surface etc. completed all as per manufacturer's specifications and as per direction of the engineer-in-charge.

Providing vatas 100 x 100 mm at junction of walls and chajjas, canopies etc. with curved finished surface using pre mix/ready mix mortar of approved Manufacturer in CM 1:4 to match the surrounding plaster to the required profile including removing existing damaged/ worn out vata, hacking the existing plaster for bonding and curing etc, all complete as per specifications and as directed by the EIC

a)Pressure grouting through RCC wall by drilling holes in RCC to required depth (min 150 mm depth) without causing any damages to reinforcement, inserting 1/2'' dia PVC pipe in hole securing the sides of the hole with cement mortar 1:2, pressure grouting with a mix of Cement slurry with 225 gm Dr. Fixit pidicrete AM or equivalent per 50 kg cement bag and continuing the pressure grouting till the flow of cement slurry stops, removing the PVC pipe, sealing the hole with Polymer modified mortar etc. ensure curing by applying curing compound etc. Complete all as per specification and directed by EIC.

Providing & fixing of 40 mm dia heavy quality (Class 'C') M.S. galvanized pipes as per (I.S. 1239-1968) including removing existing spout pipe, Cutting or making hole or chases in RCC or brick work structure such as wall, column, beam, slab, chajja, dado etc. for passing the pipe line and reinstating all the damage to its original condition. grouting joints with cement morter 1:3 and as per directed by Engineer in charge NOTE : ( Mode of measurement :- The measurement shall per Unit RM length of pipe line icludding pipe embeded in wall.)

Providing & applying silicon selant in joints between slading window frame and stone jamb of approved quality of M/s. Dr. fixit. or approved equivalent including labour for cleaning the joint, filling the sealant ,removing excess sealant after application for width upto 5 mm x 5 mm depth etc. complete all as per manufacturer’s specifications. etc.complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work excavation over areas in all soil by mechanical means / manual means upto 1.50m deep to required profile, level, grade, camber, dressing the sides, back filling, compacting in layers not exceedoing 150mm thick, ramming and preparing the bed for foundation including dewatering , shoring etc if required,disposing the surplus excavated materials at identified place within colony etc. complete all as per specification and directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying dry rubble stone hard core soling of 150mm consolidated thickness in sub base to required levels and lines with first quality rubble, hand set, well packed including filling the interstices with smaller stone chips, supplying & finishing/blinding the surfaces with approved blinding quality murrum/ stone dust including watering, consolidation etc. all complete as per specification drawings & as directed by EIC.

Cutting bituminous road surfaces & reinstating the same with sericable material and PCC including disposal of unserviceable materials at identified places within Colony etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (P.C.C. shall be paid seperately under releavent item)

Providing and fixing 60 mm thick (min.) factory made reflective (Glossy/ Smooth finish ) interlocking paver blocks of approved make & Bruce/ Colorado shape of (M/S.Super tile or other approved Equivalent), approved colour, shade, size, shape paver blocks manufactured with cement concrete grade not less than M-35. including supplying & laying 50 mm thick well graded stone dust evenly spread over the sub base including consolidation of sub base properly vibrating with the surface vibrator, finishing to line, level and slope, finally filling the joints with fine clean sand and cleaning the surface including removing existing shahabad stone and storing serviceale materials and disposing off the debris at the designated place within the colony,including taking permission from statutory authority etc complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Labour charges for removing existing Kerb stones and raising the bottom level by PCC 1:3:6 andrefixing the Kerb stones into line and level, jointingwith cement mortar 1:3, curing &including painting etc complete all asas directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing Hydraulically pressed factory made kerb stones full bull nose /half battered from approved manufacturers like M/s Super Tiles or other approved equivalent , made up of cement concrete grade not less than M-30 and having size 500 X 325 X 125 mm , of approved including removing the existing kerb stone stacking at designated place by EIC, necessary form work, compaction, finishing, curing, fixing with CM 1:3, jointing and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 including earth work and 75 mm thick & 200 mm wide PCC 1:3:6 for foundation below kerb stone etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge

Labour charges for removing and relaying existing 60/80mm interlocking paver blocks/ Shabad tile including supplying & laying 50 mm thick well graded stone dust evenly spread over the sub base including consolidation of sub base properly vibrating with th surface vibrator, finishing to line, level and slope, finally filling the joints with fine clean sand and cleaning the surface including removing existing shahabad stone and storing serviceale materials and disposing off the debris at the designated place within the colony,including taking permission from statutory authority etc complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Painting the Kerb stones of both existing and new ones in pattern with two coats of flat oil paint of approved colour and shade over one coat of approved primer including preparing the surface by brushing manually/washing with water jets wherever required and complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and Laying of Plain cement concrete using graded stone aggregate of 20 mm max size including consolidation, finishing, curing, cost of form work, shuttering, centering etc.complete all as directed by the EIC.-

Brickwork in sub structure,raising the level of chambers making dwarf wall etc in 230 mm thick masonry using bricks as specified with cement mortar 1:4 in including curing, raking out joints above ground level simultaneous pointing below ground level etc. complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Random rubble masonry using spotless black trap or approved locally available stone in cement mortar 1:6 including raking out joints, simultaneously flush pointing using through bond stones at every 900 mm in horizontal & vertical courses of each layer, curing etc. complete all as per specifications, directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing structural steel M. S. Angle, M. S. Chanel, M. S. Flat etc for fencing/grating at all levels and location as per existing design and pattern including supplying, cutting, fabricating, welding , erecting and fixing in position, including necessary scaffolding including painting whole angle with two coat of Epoxy paint of approved shade and on coat of approved epoxy primer etc. complete all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing & Applying seamless Acrylic based chemical waterproofing system with minimum 1 mm DFT (dry film thickness) including surface preparation as per general notes, primer coat, reinforcing membrane ( minimum 45 GSM) and multiple layers of chemical coat ( 2 to 3 coats as per manufacture specification), removing the existing damaged water proofing treatment, if any, all complete as per the manufacturers specifications and as directed by EIC, using any of the following waterproofing systems 1) Smartcare Damp Proof of M/s Asian paints 2) Dr. Fixit Newcoat of M/s Pidilite 3) Brushbond Roof Guard of M/s Fosroc 4) ShaliCryl® LM HI of M/s STP Limited, all confirming to the following technical requirements: Physical / Chemical properties: Sp. Removing of existing electrical / communication cables from parapet wall, walls etc and Refixing the same to the required location after completion of work.

Supplying and fixing following size PVC-SWR pipes and Fittings for soil, waste,vent and rainwater pipe lines consisting following items of work:- i) Supplying PVC - SWR pipes and fittings conforming to IS 13592 of approved make and standard PVC clamps ( approx. 3.2 mm thick ) and nails or MS galvanised clamps having minimum 3 mm thick for fixing the pipe. ii) Fixing the pipeline vertically to plumb, keeping the pipe barrel 50 mm away from the wall face, using PVC or MS galvanised clamps Including scaffolding. iii) Providing and fixing PVC Domed roof outlet (grating ) for RWP & PVC cowl for waste / soil pipe. iv) Jointing the PVC pipes and specials by PVC solvent cement, rubber lubricant with rubber rings or any other approved equivalent method. v) Laying the pipeline below the ground to proper slope and gradient for making connection of soil and vent pipeline ( Vertical stacks ) with inspection chamber or manhole and waste water pipeline with gully trap chamber including the cost of cement mortar, water proofing compound etc., testing the vertical pipeline by smoke test and horizontal pipeline by 600 mm head of water and rectifying the leakages, if any all complete . vi) Cutting or making hole in RCC or brick work and reinstating the surface to it's original condition after passing the pipe with cement mortar / cement concrete etc. by adding approved water proofing compound. Providing, laying, jointing, fixing, testing & painting heavy quality (Class 'C') M.S. galvanized pipes as per I.S. 1239-1968 including fittings like elbows, collars, tees, unions, couplings, reducers, enlargers, bends and all other fittings required for the completion except screwed flanges conforming to I.S.1239-1968 & also as per the code of practice of water supply in bldgs. of I.S.2065-1972 including laying under floors, chasing, in walls,roof slabs and making good the same to the original conditions, including the cost of all jointing materials like hemp yarn, white or red lead, clamps, wooden gutties, screws, cement, sand etc., including proving pvc sleeves at wall/concrete portion of pipe including removing the old damaged G.I. pipes & handing over to dept. stores, scaffolding, testing the pipes etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Ultratech Cement Ltd or other approved equivalent make, having minimum composition of C:S :: 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS 383 suitable for external plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechnical mixing with water in a metalic tray only to make good consistency as per the specification of the Manufacturer and applied on internal wall and ceiling finished smooth with neeru over brick walls or concrete surfaces at all floors and levels including acrylic based membrane curing by applying one coat of factory made curing compound Resikure of M/s. Anuvi Chemicals, Dr. Fixit curing compound or other equivalent over repaired surfaces as per manufacturer's specification etc. and removing existing damaged/ worn out plastering etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Repairs to damaged RCC structural members at all locations/ floors using polymer modified cementatious mortar, for strengthening the existing RCC structural members using acrylic based polymer and comprising the following operations: 1. Breaking cracked / spalled concrete members along the cracks with plaster, including removing and stacking of all unserviceable material at site,simultaneous transportation and disposed at a location in Anushaktinagar as identified by EIC. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge. 2. Exposing and cleaning the reinforcement thoroughly by light tapping / wire brushing of using strong emery paper and finally by acetone /rust remover of Dr. Fixit / Anuvi chemicals / Fosroc or other eqivalent. 3. Applying a coat of polymer and cement slurry in the ratio 1:1 by volume to the reinforcement bars. 4. Polymer required for the work shall be procured by the Agency from approved Manufacturers Like M/s Astra , M/s Anuvi, M/s Apcotex or other approved equivalent manufacturer confirming to technical requirements as below and the invoices/challans etc to be submitted to EIC for record. Appearance: Milky white Ph- value : 9-10 Specific gravity : 1.055+/-0.005 Solid contents(%w/w)-: 44+/-1 Viscocity at 25 degree C temperature (in sec): 15-20 Testing of the material as per relevant codes at NABL approved third party Lab. is to be done by the Agency for every batch/lot of supply. 5. Bond coat should be applied @ 0.37 ltr./layer/sq.m. 6. Minimum FM of silica sand should be 2.10

Building up with polymer modified cementatious mortar for RCC structural members etc. in layers not exceeding 20 mm in a day (proportion – cement 50 Kg. : Silica sand 125 Kg. : polymer liquid 10 ltrs.) with necessary bond coat (polymer : Cement = 1:1 by volume) for tack coat and also for subsequent layers using polymer including curing, covering the flooring /window with tarpaulins or equivalent covering material to avoid deposition of polymer mortar and cleaning of floor / windows thoroughly on completion of repair work etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Polymer used for this work in KG shall be measured for payment.

Brickwork in cement mortar 1:6 in superstructure at all floors and levels using well burnt locally available bricks of approved qualit including scaffolding , raking out joints above ground level simultaneous pionting below ground level curing, scaffolding etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Jacketing and strengthening of R.C.C. column with free flow self compacting micro concrete made with Roff concrete Repair (Super flow micro concrete) manufactured by M/S. Roff construction chemical, (or) Renderoc RG manufactured by M/s. Fosroc chemicals (India) limited (or) ESSEN construction chemical or other approved equivalent make, which consist of dismantling loose concrete along with plaster, cleaning the reinforcement thoroughly with wire brush and finally with acetone, making micro concrete by mixing prepacked dry micro concrete and water in proportion as prescribed by the manufacture, mixing them thoroughly for 5 minutes for achieving free flow state of micro concrete, pouring the micro concrete in layers, compacting the concrete by blowing strokes with 16 mm steel rod, curing for 10 days (curing shall be commenced immediately after 4 hours of pouring concrete) etc. including providing & removing shuttering etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & laying 6mm aggregate 1:2:4 screed average 30mm thick mixed with approved water proofing compound @ 2% of weight of cement spread over the existing roof for obtaining proper slope towards the existing the rain water spout, wherever required etc. complete all as per manufacturers specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing & refixing of rainwater mouth at terrace with CI connector piece including removing existing damaged pipe and fixing with new pipe, cementing of joint etc as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Pressure grouting through RCC slab / brick masonry by drilling hole in RCC slab to required depth without causing any damage to reinforcement, inserting ½” dia PVC pipe in hole securing the hole sides with cement mortar 1:2, pressure grouting with cement slurry mixed with approved water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement to required pressure, continuing the pressure grouting till the flow of cement slurry stops, removing the PVC pipe, sealing the hole with cement mortar 1:1, scaffolding etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Providing & laying Kotah stone 20mm thickness minimum at all level on top of pedestal of 300x300mm approx. at terrace including necessary cement mortar 1:4,20mm thick bedding, close jointed and grouted with matching cement slurry and finished to line, slope, level, plumb, curing etc, as required including cutting of stone slabs, wastage, making cut outs wherever required, including removing top plaster etc, all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete at all floors & levels including, supplying, cutting, bending, fixing and tying in position with 1.6 mm dia soft drawn annealed binding wire including cost of binding wire, labour etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:Binding wire required for the work will have to be supplied by the contractor & the same will not be measured for payment.
