Excavation in foundation , trenches etcetra in all classification of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work soft rock and hard rock including chiseling wedging of rock upto any depth and lift including pumping and bailing out water where required including sacking the serviceable and unserviceable materials separately as directed and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm(fifteen centimeter) layers when required into plinth and sides of foundation consolidating each layer by ramming and watering and then disposing extra material within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement: three sand : six graded stone) mechanically mixed, vibrated with 20mm(twenty millimeter) nominal aggregates and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in lintels, beams girdersand cantilevers upto floor any level as per direction of Engineer in charge within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frames 30 x 30 x 5mm so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting popping and centring etc with wooden battens and ballies in all heights below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work upto all floors level in all heights as per direction of Engineer-in-charges including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals the rates are inclusive of octroi, Malkana, toll tax, sales tax or other taxes in posed by government.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bedding, binding and placing in position complete upto all floor levels as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement: two sand : four graded stone) mechanically mixed, vibrated with 20mm(twenty millimeter) nominal aggregates and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in lintels, beams girdersand cantilevers upto floor any level as per direction of Engineer in charge and technical specifications including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 mechanically mixed, vibrated with 20mm nominal aggregates and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in lintels, beams girder sand cantilevers upto floor any level as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals

Brick work using second class common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : Six sand) in all heights and depths as per direction of Engineer in charge and technical specifications including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing woodwork in frames of doors, windows, clerestory, windows and other frames wrought, framed and fixing in position in 2nd class deodar wood as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.
