SPECIAL REPAIR TO INTERNAL ROADS AT ARTY CENTRE NASIK ROAD CAMP UNDER GE NRC

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area n. exc 400 sqm and exc 100mm but n.exc 150mm deep complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) in two layers of 75mm each using Sensor paver, grading as pe table 400-13 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed. The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing of unsurfaced water mix macadam surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying prime coat providing and applying primer coat with VG-10 @ 7.5 kg/10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Repairs to pot holes any depth n.exc 1 Sq.m area each incl sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road material) complete all as specified.

M&L for Premix bituminous macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) with binder content (Paving bitumen of any penetration) of 4% by weight of total mix all as specified and directed

M&L for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally cleaning the surfaces with mechanical compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and providing and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer VG-10 at 5 kg per 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing existing BM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. moistening the surface including cost and applying evenly a priming/tack coat using with bituminous primer of paving bitumen Vg - 10 at the rate of 2.5 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premixed bituminous semi-dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with max 5% binder content, paving bitumen VG-30 grade by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of road surface and applying thermoplastic reflective paint in white or any tint marking of min 2 mm thick single coat as in center line and edge line road marking of 100 mm width using ''HOT MARK" thermoplastic modern propelled road marking machine as directed incl all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads, Titanium dioxide calcium carbonate inter fillers thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be the Table No 650.4 of MoRTH specifications incl spraying of glass beads etc all as per manufactures instructions and as directed

Supply and fixing in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions all as specified and directed.
