Excavation in base stripping the sheet of embankments by manual or mechanical means removing of all organic materials in all kinds of soil including stoney earth, moorum mixed with pebble concrete, all types of stone masonry etc. and levelling the bed laying the excavated materials away from the work site in layers not exceeding 225 mm in depth including breaking clods 5 cm to 7 cm size with all leads, tools & plants, labour, all taxes required for the work including supervision charges, cost of mobilisation and demobilisation with all incidental charges to complete the item of work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation, loading, unloading and carriage by mechanical means within 1 km lead of all kinds of soil inluding stoney earth, gravel and moroum etc. interspread with boulders upto 1/2 cum size including DI rock and sheet laterite rock but other than hard granite rock with all lifts and delifts including triming of slopes and bed to design section.

Watering eathwork up to OMC condition and compaction by vibrating roller and dozer in layers not exceeding 22.5 cm to 95% dry density including hire and running charges of all the machineries complete as per direction of Enginer-in-charge (measurement tobe taken on the finished compacted section of the fill under OMC condition).

Fine dressing and turfing as per direction of Engineer-in-Chief.

Earthwork in filling in Embankment using cutting usable earth by mechanical means loading into and transportation by mechanical means and unloading th soil ……. Etc complete.

Excavation of foundation in AKS including D.I. by mechanical/ manual means with disposal by mechanical/ manual means within 1 km lead including rough dressing …..

Filling foundation and plinth with sand watered and rammed including cost, conveyance and royality of material as specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete M15 with crushed granite coarse agreegate of size 40mm & down graded ………
