(d) Tube Settler Tank - 4.1m x 2.5m x 3.8m - 01 No. (e) Treated water Tank 9.3 m x 3.4 m x 4.1m-01 No. Note: The rate quoated by the tenderer is deemed to be included in the unit rate of the following :- (a) Diesel Driven Pump Set of appropriate capacity with operators including necessary POL required at site for De- Watering of Sewage septic water including PVC heavy duty flexible hose pipe for suction and delivery purposes. (b) Lorry/Tractor mounted septic storage tank of appropriate capacity not less than 3 KL should be used for disposing off the same to the location where approved by the Delhi Canttonment Board/MCD. Supply and mixing of Sodium hypochloride having 10% chlorine content etc required at site and all as directed by the Engineerin-Charge.

Supply and mixing of Poly aluminium chloride 100% purity etc required at site and all as directed by the Engineerin- Charge.

M & L for carrying sample testing of sewage water as per relevant IS of STP and submission of detailed test report to the office of the Engr-in-charge and testing in Govt approved laboratory as approved by GE. (a) Carrying out minimum essential testing of sewage water as per relevant IS mandatory for chemical, odour, PH value,TSS, BOD, COD, total nitrogen, sulphate, oil and grease, ammonical Nitrogen (NH3-N) and Bacteriological total colliform organism and other characterstics as per relevant IS of sewage water. (i) Cost of sterilized bottle as required. (ii) cost of sample collection from Site to laboratory including transportation charges are included in the quoted rate.

M & L for Carrying sample for testing of treated water of STP and submission of detailed test report to the office of the Engineer-in-charge. Details are as under:- (a) carry ing out minimum essential testing of treated water as per IS 3025 & IS 1622 mandatory for chemical , colour, odour, PH value, TSS, BOD,COD, Total residual chlorine, total Nitrogen, sulphate, oil and grease, Ammonical nitrogen(NH3-N) and Bacteriological total coliform organism per 100ml (MPN) and Ecoli in 100ml. (b) Treated sewage water shall confirm to the following characterstics:- (i) TSS : < 10 mg/litre. (ii) BOD : < 10 mg/ litre. (iii) COD: < 150 mg/litre. (iv) Ph: 6.5 -8.5. (v) Total coliform: < 100 MPN/100 ml (desired nil). (vi) Resudual CI> 1 mg/litre. Rest of the characterstic of the treated water shall be as per IS 3025 & IS 1622. (i) Cost of sterilized bottle as required. (ii) cost of sample collection from Site to laboratory including transportation charges are included in the quoted rate.

Lifting and taking out the sewage submersible pump set and motor of capacity 10 to 15 HP including column pipe by dismantling nut bolt washers and rubber packing etc including disconnecting of submersible cable complete from the sewage sump /well and lowering back the pump after repairing /removing the sludge from the pump including making electrical connection with the existing panel /starter and connecting the complete the column pipe assembly with nut bolts, washers/ packing to the existing header without any leakage complete all as directed. Note :- Rate are deemed to be inclusive for jointing of Submersible Cable , reconnecting the delivery pipe line of submersible pump sets to water mains , testing for satisfactory running & continuous flow of water complete.

All as per item No. 112 desribed here in before but of capacity 2 HP to 7.5 HP complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for electric arc welding at places like flanges/pipe line, joints , strip of clarifier tank, approach ladder to aeration tank etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rewinding of Submersible motor by taking out burnt copper winding, cleaning the casing & slots with wire brush & washing with pressure water & shall be dried , rewinding the motor using required gauge of super enameled copper winding wire, varnishing and stamping and overhauling etc. Making the winding leak proof & taking out the electric connection with suitable size of submersible cable up to 03 Meter, Capacity of motor 10 HP to 15 HP complete all as specified and as directed .

All as per Item No 115 but 5 to 7.5 HP Capacity

M&L for repairing and testing of pump centrifugal/mono block/non clogging upto 5 to 12.5 HP of any make and type including welding work, rotor turning and balancing, re-metaling of shaft bush bearing, keys, mechanincal seal, SS shaft impeller and other such accessories etc required to make pump functional and testing on load complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for rewinding of electric motor upto 5 HP 50 Hz 400/415 volts of mono block/centrifugal pump of any make and type with super enameled copper winding wire including bearing bushes and other accessories etc required to make motor functional and testing on load complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for rewinding of electric motor 15 to 20 HP 50 Hz 400/415 volts of mono block/centrifugal pump of any make and type with super enameled copper winding wire including bearing bushes, varnishing and stamping and overhauling. making the winding leak proof etc. and other accessories etc required to make motor functional and testing on load complete all as specified and as directed .
