Carrying out Digital Topographical land survey (8.5 Mtr wide and 4500Mtr long) with Total Electronic Station of high precision, mark with Chainage position like building drain, manholes and sump wells, trees, transformers substation, OHT, Tube wells, electric & Telephone poles roads paths existing permanent/temporary structures, fencing boundary walls/lines, gates, drains etc preparing the contour plan at one Mtr contur intervals depending upon the topography of the terrain & preparing drawing in A-1 size, recording a reduced levels at suitable intervals, points of abrupt change in levels, fixing temporary bench Marks (TBM) and marking them on ground with Brick pillar of size 230x230x450 above AGL and 450mm below GL marking with paint at 100 Mtr intervals on both sides, X- Section at 50 Mtr intervals along the length, L-Section along the length intervals, Design of gradient and slope as per IRC of Hill Road , calculation of cutting and filling qty of earth work submission of 5 copies of drawings along with one soft copy on compact dist (CD) to the 1:1000 or suitable scale & plotting on Auto Cad after Approval of HQ CEUZ (E-2 (Plg and E-2 (Design).

Boring/Drilling 150 mm dia bore holes up to 10 M depth through any type of soil/rock as required/directed by Engineer-in-Charge including mobilisation and shifting of mechanical boring equipment / rig to each bore hole location and setting up equipment for boring . Collection of undisturbed/disturbed soil sample at 1.5 m intervals or at any change of strata in 100 mm bore thin walled tube including waxing sealing packing and transporting to the lab. Conducting necessary tests as per relevant IS Codes/ NBC 2005/SP 36 on all collected samples which include the determination of :- (a) Atterberg Limits. (b) Natural moisture (c) Wet and dry density (d) Soil particle size distribution using sieve / hydrometer analysis.Triaaxial shear test C & Determination. (e) Consolidation test (h) Specific gravity test for sand rock. (j) Crushing strength of rock samples. (o ) Conducting SPT/DCPT at Various locations along with collecting undisturbed/Disturbed samples form bore holes and determination of various index and Engineering Properties on various samples collected. Note-No of Bore Holes=15x10mtr=150RM (for RCC & RRM Retaining wall)

NOTE FOR SRL ITEM NO .02 AND 03 :-Furnishing SBC report in pentuplicate including recording SBC for each location for the type of foundation and maintaining photographic record (Min three photographs per hole duly annotated as approved by Engr-in-charge. ) Submission of Soil investigation report shall be with recommendation of SBC of soil at a suitable depth from AGL. SBC of soil at depth as directed by GE shall also be worked out for each borehole. Water table if encountered during excavation shall also be reported for each bore hole along with soil peofile. Expensive soil if encountered during excavation shall also be specified clearly for each bore hole. SBC shall be worked out for each bore hole with recommendation of type of foundation and depth of foundation. Min depth and width of foundation shall also be recommended.SBC shall also be worked out for each bore hole at depth of 1500mm from the proposed AGL decided by GE. Water tale if encountered during excavation shall also be reported for each bore hole with soil profile. Expensive soil if encountered during excavation shall also be specified clearly for each bore hole.

Carrying out K-value Testing using 75 cm circular Plate below30 to 45Cm from AGL (the load test shall be conducted as per indian standard codal provision) The rate will include preparation and submission of the comprehensive technical report giving complete record of investigations and calculation of Modulus of Subgrade Reaction of the soil. The rates will also include excavation and back filling of pit leading loading unloading of kentledge material and removal of kentledge material tools plants and machinery. K Value for each test shall be reported separetly.
