LABOUR FOR BORING TUBE WELL OF REQUIRED DIA BY WATER JET SYSTEM THROUGH ANY TYPE SOIL STRATA INCLUDING HIRE AND LABOUR CHARGES FOR BORING PIPES SCAFFOLDING TOOLS AND PLANTA AS NECESSARY AND TAKING OUT THEM AND LOWERING PIPES STRAINER BLIND PIPE ETC. AND FITTING AND FIXING THE SAME COMPLETE INCLUDING BUCKET WASHING AND OTHER INCIDENTAL WORKS IN THIS CONNECTION THE TUBE WELL SCHEDULE HAVE A MINIMUM 50 MM GAP IN BETWEEN THE OUTSIDE OF THE TUBE WELL PIPE AND THE BORE.

SECTION(A) PLUMBING WORKS (A)-(VI) TUBE WELL (a) Original Works 23 Collecting sample of water for bacteriological and chemical test from any depth at any time during execution of work including hire and labour charges for tools and plants and sterilising the equipments, paying all charges and fees, testing etc. complete in all respect as per direction.

BUILDING WORKS (A) EARTH WORK,ANTITERMITE TREATMENT 2. Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete. (a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1,500 mm.

BUILDING WORKS ( C ) BRICKWORKS, CONCRETE WORKS Etc. A. BRICK WORKS 1. Single Brick Flat Soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand.

BUILDING WORKS ( C ) Brickworks,Concrete Works etc B. CONCRETE WORKS 1. Cement concrete with graded jhama khoa (30 mm size) excluding shuttering In ground floor and foundation (a) 1:3:6 proportion

BUILDING WORKS ( C ) Brickworks,Concrete Works etc A. BRICK WORKS  16. 125 mm. thick brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:4) in ground floor.

BUILDING WORKS(D) Flooring..A. ORIGINAL WORKS..(6)Artificial stone in floor, dado, staircase etc with cement concrete (1:2:4) with stone chips, laid in panels as directed with topping made with ordinary or white cement (as necessary) and marble dust in proportion (1:2) including smooth finishing and rounding off corners including raking out joints or roughening of concrete surface and application of cement slurry before flooring works using cement @ 1.75 kg/sq.m all complete including all materials and labour. In ground floor. 3 mm. thick topping (High polishing grinding on this item is not permitted with ordinary cement).Using grey cement.(ii) 25 mm. thick.(Add extra @1.5% for each addl. floor upto 4th floor and @1.75% for each additional floor above 4th floor for item No.5 and 6 of subhead A).
