M&L for Complete removal of existing water proofing treatment of any description in any position including cleaning, wire brushing, watering, removal of deris upto 1500 mtr distance as directed by Engineer-in-charge complete all as specififed and as directed.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof/chajja padding for maintaining roof/chajja slope complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for burshing neat cement slurry with 3 Kg of cement per square meter all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 20mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:3) on roof top surface finished even and fair including WPC by weight of 3% of total cement concrete complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC shall be measuerd and paid for separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified

M&L for applying oil bound primer @ 0.40 Litre/Sqm manufactured by the same agency as that of APP with density of 0.87 to 0.89 Kg/Litre at 25 degree cesius on the prepared dry roof surface and provide and lay 4mm thick APP modifed water proofing membrane reinforced with non-wooven polyster matt with physical properties as given in particular specification.
