Demolition of ashlar facings, dressed stonework, precast concrete articles and precast concrete block walling built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, finished even & smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new wall surfaces and applying one coat of cement based paint over a coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old wall surfaces and applying one coat of cement based paint complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link fencing with 3mm dia galvanished steel wire, size of mesh 75mm x 75mm, weight exc 2.0 kg per sqm but n.exc 2.50 kg per sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia as in stiffners of chainlink fencing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, n.exc 10cm in width or girth, when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint, and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; copings, kneelers, apex stones, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F structural steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; confirming to Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality-A, also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 5cm but n exc 10cm and diameter of neck in 5 to 10 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for prepration of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for prepration of old steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old plastered external wall surfaces (wall facia, comices etc) by applying ready mix 'Birla White' white cement based wall care putty (wherever required) and applying one coat of 100% antifungal acrylic emulsion exterior grade paint of white & blue shade over a coat of acrylic primer as per manufacturer's instructions including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for welding in repairs n. exc 2.5 cm in length of metals of thickness n.exc 6mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for welding in repairs n. exc 2.5 cm in length of metals of thickness exc 6mm but n.exc 9mm complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note: Each line wire shall be measured

Restraining and resecuring galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings including making good staples complete all as specified and directed. Note: Each line wire shall be measured
