Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr deep in loose/soft soil and getting out for underground cable/erection of poles, stays , trench etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick layers complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand cushioning for cable with river washed sand and punning to provide required cover as per SSR part I complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying bricks common burnt clay sub class 'B' old size for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material n.exc 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above from starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , Fixing & laying GI tubing light grade 80 mm dia for road crossing along with pole/culvert /drainage for mechanical protection of cable complete all as specified and directed. Note: All items and accessories , bend, joints, nut bolts, clamps etc are incl in quoted rates.

Disconnecting & taking out defective underground cable any size and any type from trenches, pole, pipe, floor, wall etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Old cable may different size and length and credit will be given as actual obtained from site.

Supply and laying, connecting and testing XLPE underground cable insulated, and overall sheathed with aluminium conductor heavy duty 1100 volts grade 35 sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches/ on poles/ road crossing or passing through existing/new pipe under road crossing, clamping on wall etc. Note: (i) Earth work, removing, returning filling and pipe will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Cost of laying electrical cable through new/existing pipe under road, buildings, railway tracks, highways are incl in the quoted rates. (iii) All equipments , machinery or tools if required for laying electrical cable through new/existing pipes are provided by the contractor without any extra cost.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for cement concrete (unreinforced) or road cutting complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-0, (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in filling demolished surface or as leveling course or in foundation or under tiles or in any required work and make surface clear complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement maintenance free battery 12V 180 AH, incl dismantling and taking down old unser batteries complete all as specified and directed.

Servicing of DG Set (Make: Cummins) of capacity 630 kVA ,checking entire system as per manufacturer's catalogue such as checking all parts for serviceability, taking down defective parts such as fuel filter assembly, by pass filter assembly, lube oil filter assembly, air cleaner assembly etc. and replacing the same with same size, make and capacity of parts, Cleaning all the serviceable filters and draining out the old used engine oil from the oil sump , cleaning oil sump and refilling new engine oil of required grade up to required level and including checking of control panel, tightening of loose connections and testing to DG Set to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) Minor items like nut, bolts, lugs , cloths , cotton etc are incl in quoted rates. (ii) Spare parts/Engine oil / filters shall be measured and paid for separately under relevent items as supply only. (iii) Minimum 6 months gap/200 Hrs of run whichever is earlier shall be considered for next service. (iv) Each service will be measured and paid separately.

Servicing of DG Set (Make: Mahendra) of capacity 100 kVA ,checking entire system as per manufacturer's catalogue such as checking all parts for serviceability, taking down defective parts such as fuel filter assembly, by pass filter assembly, lube oil filter assembly, air cleaner assembly etc and replacing the same with same size, make and capacity of parts, Cleaning all the serviceable filters and draining out the old used engine oil from the oil sump and cleaning oil sump,and refilling new engine oil of required grade up to required level and including checking of control panel, tightening of loose connections and testing to DG Set to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) Minor items like nut, bolts, lugs , cloths , cotton etc are incl in quoted rates. (ii) Spare parts/Engine oil / filters shall be measured and paid for separately under successive items here-in-after as supply only. However, labour charge are deemed to be included in item rate above. (iii) Minimum 6 months gap/200 Hrs of run whichever is earlier shall be considered for next service. S&F in replacement of high pressure rubber hose pipe upto length 1.2 mtr and required dia as per sample incl clamp/nuts and other connecting items suitable for 100-160 kVA DG Set (Mahendra) incl dismantling and taking down old unsv complete all as specified and directed. Note: Old parts will be diposited to MES store yard.

Servicing of diesel fire pump (Make: Kirlosker) of capacity 90 BHP ,checking entire system as per manufacturer's catalogue such as checking all parts for serviceability, taking down defective parts such as fuel filter assembly, by pass filter assembly, lube oil filter assembly, air cleaner assembly etc and replacing the same with same size, make and capacity of parts, Cleaning all the serviceable filters and draining out the old used engine oil from the oil sump and cleaning oil sump,and refilling new engine oil of required grade up to required level and including checking of control panel, tightening of loose connections and testing to DG Set to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) Minor items like nut, bolts, lugs , cloths , cotton etc are incl in quoted rates. (ii) Spare parts/Engine oil / filters shall be measured and paid for separately under successive items here-in-after as supply only. Note: Coolant will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for De-scaling, cleaning of hot water tanks , heat collector, pipes etc with suitable agents incl mixing of anti freezing agent of solar heating system of capacity 1500 LPD complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair of Solar water heating panel incl replacement of unser toughened glass , brazing of leaked copper pipes and repair of unsv minor parts incl de-scaling with suitable agents incl mixing of anti freezing agent of solar heating system of capacity of 100 LPD with testing and proper functioning of panle complete all as specified and directed.
