Taking down cement or cement lime plaster from brick walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide & n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10sq m on plan & n exc 1.5m in depth & getting out in soft/loose soil

Removing excavated soil n exc. 50m & depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering & well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil.

M & L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M & L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M&L Rendering 15mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brickwork in CM (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound 3% by weight of cement finished even & smooth without using extra cement ( WPC shall be measured & paid separately)

Material and labour for water proofing treatment to horizontal abd vertical surfaces as per any of the following method complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge/GE. :- Method. (A) Supplying and applying two component elastomeric acrylic polymer modified cementitious waterproofing coating, Smart Care Damp proof 2K or equivalent make,clean all working surface & made free from dirt, grease laitance etc. After inspection for all working area rough surface, cracks & construction joint are treated by polymer modified mortar of 1:1:4 (1 Cement : 1Polymer : 4 Sand). Making Gola of size 75x75mm at junction of vertical & horizontal with the polymer modified mortar of 1:1:4 (1 Cement : 1 Polymer : 4 Sand). The coating shall be terminated at 300mm on vertical walls. The mixing ratio of the coating shall be 2 parts of powder & 1 part of liquid without any water addition in the mixing and shall have consumption of 1.5kg/sqm per coats, etc, complete as per manufactures specifications.

M & L applying two coat of cement based paint in camouflage pattern on new wall surface including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified.

M&L cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floors 40 mm thick for tiles all as specified.& directed by Engineer -in-charge..

Hardcore of broken bricks gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface

S&f Glass dividing strips, 3 mm thick and width 38mm

Demolition of cement concrete ( un re-inforced) of any description in ground floor and pavings Nexc15 cm thickness (below or above GL)

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars, arches etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks,, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed.

Providing, cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc.,of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand;

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curvr shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete.
