Design,Supply,Installation testing and commissioning of all necessary and integral components/equipment’s(or deemed necessary ) as described hereafter ,as well as the supervision of the system and proper training of the employees that will be deployed for the operation and maintenance of the system. the scope of the work includes the supply of the pre-packaged Hot Water Generator, radiator panels, Supply Return hot water circulation pipes, insulations specialised valves, equipment’s for Central heating system CHC Padum Zanskar to provide a fully automatic system capable of producing and maintaining high precision indoor conditions under the design limitations. Hot Water Generator:-Hot water, Horizontal fire tube boilers complete with combustion ,equipment’s, control panel, mountings/ accessories and mono block pump set or as recommended by OEM along with foundation as per OEM. The job includes SITC of common header of M.S 'C' class ERW pipe of suitable size to be annexed with the existing header.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of acoustic enclosed D.G set generating 82.5 KVA power at 1500 RPM rated for continuous duty with an additional 10% overload capacity for one hour in a period of 12 Hours of continuous operating at site conditions and confirming to standard operational BS 649/5514,BS 649/5514 inclusive of all standard accessories and instruments panel Synchronous alternator 100 kva AC 3phase 415 V 50Hz 1500 RPM 0.8 power factor alternator shall be in SPDP enclosure self-erected, self-regulated confirming to IS 4722/BS 2613 Complete with Battery, Base frame, Fuel system/tank. Acoustic enclosure :Acoustic enclosure suitable for 82.5KVA D G set and fabricated from high grade cold rolled cold annealed (CRCA) sheet and steel members lined with density sound absorption material to reduce the sound level to 7-75 decibels measured from distance of 3 Meters away from the set.The job includes providing and fixing of fuel piping and valves, fuel transfer pump, MS structure works, Power cables, Cable and termination, Copper strip, GI earth stations, GI strip as detailed In the tender documents.
