Providing two legged scaffolding using 15 cm blue gun posts or casurina props or best quality bamboo posts at 4 metres over all length, the distance between two rows being 1.25 metre and spacing of posts 2 metres. in both the rows with two horizontal posts with 0.5 metres over lap on either side and braces at 2 m c/c including longitudinal and traverse middle braces to step up as providing a platform with country wood planks of 40 mm thick and 1 Mt. width etc. in complete around the OHT of total height 10.50 metre.

Construction of RCC spiral staircase in RCC 1:1½:3 20 mm HBGS of 1.80 m Ø of required height for approach to the roof of SR with RCC hand rails as per type design including necessary earth work for providing foundation in CC 1:4:8 mix RCC footing 1:1½:3 mix, GL platform etc. including cost of steel reinforcement, fabrication charges, scaffolding charges, centering, precasting charges, cement painting etc complete. The staircase should be braced to the column of service reservoir at suitable interval etc complete.

Thorough Scrapping of old plasted surface.

Painting two coats with ready mixed plastic emulsion paints of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including through scraping clean removal of dirt etc, complete and including cost of necessary plaster of paris, putty, brushes, wherever required and all labour charges, scaffolding charges etc., complete as per standard specification.

Supplying and fixing in position CI manhole covers with CI frames (Heavy duty) of size 60 cm x 60 cm of best approved quality as per standard specification etc complete complying with standard specifications.
