Dismantling the damaged floor finish and dadooing walls in cement mortar with mosaic tiles / glazed tiles / clay tiles / cuddapah slab and clearing away with carefully stacking the material useful for reuse for any thickness etc, complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering the surface of walls with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five plastering sand), 20mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used , curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Plastering Sand) 10mm thick including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, hacking the surfaces and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Paving the floor with best quality of Double Charged Vitrified Tiles of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 8 mm thick conforming to IS 15622 with water absorbtion less than 0.08% of approved colour and shade laid over cement mortar bed of 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three crushed stone sand) with required cement slurry and mortar plasticizer in all floors and the top pointed with water resistant tile epoxy grout etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works).

Flooring with colour and design ceramic tile of size 305 mm x 305 mm x 6 mm thick of best quality and conforming to IS 15622 laid over cement mortar bed of 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Crushed Stone Sand) with required cement slurry and mortar plasticizer including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with water resistant tile epoxy grout at the rate of 0.27 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works).

Dadooing walls with Ceramic Tiles of size 300 mm x 450 mm x 8 mm thick of best approved quality conforming to IS 15622 using Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two Crushed Stone Sand) 10 thick with mortar plasticizer and pointing the joints with water resistant tile epoxy grout at the rate of 0.27 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works).

Renewing and refixing factory made wood polymer composite (WPC) solid door shutters with frame of size 100 x 65 mm with high density rigid solid wood polymer composite of 0.70 WPC foam sheet as per ISI marked of 20-30 mm thick, mitre cut at two corners and joined and two vertical door profiles are to be reinforced to horizontal member and the door shall be fixed to the wall using 6 Nos 150 mm long MS hold fastners through the frame, aluminium fixtures, butt hinges, aldrops, tower bolt, handles, including screws, bolt and nuts including labour charges for fixing the frame in position and fixing the shutter to the frame. (The vertical frame of door shall be embedded in flooring for a depth of not less than 10 mm) etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, laying and jointing UPVC pipes of Class 5 (having working pressure of 10 kg/ sq.cm) conforming to IS 4985- 2000 of approved quality and best variety of the following dia including cutting, and fixing UPVC specials using UPVC adhesives (but excluding cost of such specials) in accordance with IS 7634-3(2003) and fixing into wall with teak wood plugs, PVC clamps and screws making holes on the wall (or) drilling holes in the roof and making good the dismantled portion to original condition with necessary brick work / cement concrete and plastering neatly wherever necessary with necessary scaffolding charges, etc., complete complying with standard specifications. The UPVC pipes shall be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works - internal water supply above ground level.

Supplying and fixing in position best quality PVC soil / waste pipes of various dia having 6 kg / sq.cm. pressure BIS mark and providing leak proof joints using PVC adhesives including fixing to the wall with special PVC / MS clamp, teak wood plugs, brass screws, etc., and making connection to all sanitary fittings, dismantling masonry / RCC works wherever found necessary and making the good dismantled portion to the original condition, including testing for any leakages, etc., complete complying with standard specifications. (The PVC pipes should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works). The rate for earth work excavation will be measured and paid separately in the cases where the pipe lines are proposed to laid below ground level

Supplying and fixing in position Indian make bevelled edge mirror of approved quality and brand PVC / Fibre Glass framed 600 x 450 x 5.5 mm thick mirror, shelf type with hard board backing of approved colour fixed with brass screws, rawl plug, etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The mirror should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on woks)

Supplying and fixing best approved best quality brass CP soap tray of size 150 x 150 mm including cost of teak wood plugs, brass screws, etc., complete complying with standard specifications. (The soap tray should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works).

Supplying and fixing in position best quality and approved make Indian made white glazed earthernware wash hand basin of size 550 x 400 mm (without pedestal) with a pair of cast iron brackets, including cost 15mm dia brass CP pillar tap, 32mm dia "B" class GI waste pipe with rubber plug and chain, 15mm dia GM wheel valve, 15mm brass nipple, 15mm dia nylon connection, 32mm dia CP brass waste coupling including fixing of wash basin using CI brackets on to the wall in position with TW plugs and screws, rubber washers, white lead and giving necessary water supply connection and painting the brackets with two coat of painting over a priming coat of anti-corrosive paint including testing for leakages etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The wash hand basin and specials should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).

Supplying and fixing in position White Glazed European Water Closet of best quality and approved make with 100 mm “P” or “S” trap connecting with CI pipe of 100 mm dia / PVC pipe of 110 mm dia, double flapped rigid PVC black seat and seat cover with CP brass hinges including cost of white cement, cement for packing, spun yarn, teak wood plugs, brass screws, etc., including supplying and fixing 10 litres capacity PVC low level flushing tank with a pair of CI brackets, etc., complete with all fittings such as 15 mm brass ball valve with polythene float with brass handle, union, coupling connected by means of 40 mm white PVC flush hand using Indian adopter joint including all internal fittings such as 15 mm brass connections, 15 mm GM wheel valve, 15 mm brass nipple (2 Nos.), 15 mm nylon connection, TW plugs, screws and also giving necessary connection to the PVC pipe including cost of 600 mm length of 110 mm dia PVC pipe and painting the CI brackets with 2 coats of approved paint over one coat of red oxide primer, dismantling the masonry and re-doing the dismantled masonry to original condition etc., complete complying with standard specifications. Supplying and fixing position CI Nahini / Floor Trap of size 100 mm x 75 mm with best stainless steel gratings of approved brand and quality, fixed over a bed of brick jelly lime concrete 1:2:5 (one part of lime, two part of crushed stone sand and five part of 40 mm gauge brick jelly) and finished with Cement Mortar 1:3 (one cement & three crushed stone sand) including dismantling masonry works wherever found necessary and making good the dismantled portions to the original condition and giving connection to the CI / PVC pipes, etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The Nahini Trap should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).

Supplying and painting the walls with two coats of wall putty as instructed by the departmental officers including preparation of surface curing, etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. (The wall putty shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use of work)

Re-painting Old Plastered Wall Surface with two finishing coats of ready mixed Exterior Emulsion Paint of approved quality and colour over the existing wall in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).

Collecting the scattered debris from the campus and conveying away the same to outside by lorry to a lead of not less than 3 Km within city limit including loading and unloading charges and dumping in low place and levelling etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
