Taking down carefully copper / aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete with fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, sockets, lamp holders, brackets, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings etc. and making good disturbed surfaces of walls etc. as per existing finishes by plastering, repairs and white / colour wash etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Fixing for point wiring for one light point / fan point / bell point / 5 Ampere socket outlet point (independent point), controlled by one, one way switch with 1.50 sqmm size PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade single core (multi-stranded) copper conductor cable (FR) drawn into and including medium grade PVC conduit concealed (not less than 20 mm dia) all necessary fittings and accessories fixed concealed (including chase cutting in brick/stone masonery wall for fixing conduit and plastering the external surfaces and matching the same with existing suface) and sunk cast iron or pressed steel terminal boxes for mounting fitting like switches, sockets, lamp holders, sketch fittings and covered with 3 mm thick plastic laminated bakelite sheet cover fixed with brass screws and cup washers including one continuous run of PVC insulated 1.50 sqmm size copper conductor cable as in earth wire and connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (a) One light/one fan/one bell point controlled by one, one way switch.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and Fixing for MCCB Incomer distribution board double door vertical type made out of CRCA MS sheet surface with insulated material like polyester or with epoxy powder coating surface mounting TPN 4 way, 415 volts with copper bus bar rating 200 Amps, dust and vermin proof suitable for incorporation of MCCB and IP 43 - IK 09 protection with and incl 100 amp 36 kA 4 pole MCCB with thermal - magnetic setting and Icu = Ics = 100% including Suitable type MCB with blank plate including taking down old MCCB all as specified and directed complete all as specified. . (Note : The cost of removing old wooden/steel box etc and making good of surface as original by brick work, plastering, whitewash/colour/distemper etc is included in quated rate)

Material & Labour for sub main wiring with 1100 volt grade two single core FR Wire PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with stranded copper conductor 6 sqmm drawn into and including electrical grade PVC conduit not less than 25 mm dia with IS 9537 (Part-III) 1983 mark, or relevant ISI mark with all accessories fixed concealed including chase cutting in brick/ stone masonry for fixing conduit and making good the disturb surfaces of wall as per existing including 6 sqmm multi - stranded copper conductor as earth wire in green colourcomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Including taking down old unserviceable sub main wiring .NOTE: 3 single core 6 sqmm and PVC conduit shall be measured as one RM.

(v) For Non attendence of complaints in 24 Hrs Rs.200/- per day per complaint will be charged (vi) Contractor has to return the complaint duly signed from the user with time & date.
