Material and labour for walling random rubble, brought upto courses well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n exc 40 mm, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses;

Material and labour for flush pointing to random rubble mansonry, uncoursed or brought upto courses in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for old size brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean redius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for plain cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete

M & L for plain cement concrete type C1 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete for embedding the vertical fencing posts

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type n exc 4 kg/sqm all as specified and as directed

Supply only mild steel TMT bar 8 to 10mm size for using fencing complete all as specified and as directed

S & F in Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm rredia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standardrails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

Taking down cement plaster or concrete etc., including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint white or tinted over a coat of chalk whitening primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid bedded and pointed in any mortar as in floors, aprons etc

M & L 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) 12mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps , cooking platform, and other similar situations

Supply and fix in repairs 600 mm dia razor blade galvanised barbed6concertina coil having minimum weight of 8 kg(+) or(-) 5% per coil of 2.6mm dia wire streched to a length of5 to 6m as in fencing to steel posts and to another coil/ MS nibs including fixing with special galvanised fasterners such as J clips, C clips, U clips complete all as specified and 6as directed by Engr-in-Charge . Note:- After streching the coil, the length of the compound wall on which it has been streched shall be considered for measurement.

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide prime
