Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

GST shall be paid to the tendered amount separately as per applicable law

Increase in GST shall not be paid in the extended period at contract for which the contractor alone is responsible for delay as determined by authority while granting is extension of time

All the work as Maintained in the Bill of Quantity (BOQ) are including lead and lift charges loading and unloading charges labor charges all incidental charges hire charges of all machinery and equipment required for successful completion of work etc., complete. The work shall be executed as per standard technical specification and directions of Engineer in charge of the work

The tenderer shall accept all costs associated with the preparation and submission of his tender, and the employer will in no case be responsible and / or liable for those cost. The employer is not responsible for any delay in accessing E - Procurement Portal.

Royalty on construction materials and other taxes will be deducted as per prevailing Govt orders.

Materials like bitumen,steel,cement etc.,required for the work shall be procured by the tenderer themselves and should got tested by the quality control authority before use on the work

All the formats prescribed in the bid document shall be filled by the tenderer in complete manner otherwise it will be rejected

All scanned documents to be uploaded shall be in original and the Executive Engineer reserves the right to verify the original documents before approval

If any, additional information required, the same may be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer, PWD, Ramanagara Spl. Division, Ramanagara during office hours on all working days. It may be noted that if any of the dates mentioned above happened to be a General Holiday , the next working day will be considered

The employer reserves the rights to Reject or accept any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons

The Tender processing fee shall not be refundable

Tenderer who qualifies in the technical bid only those tenderers financial bid will be opened

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/ Cat-I/ Cat-II(A) & Other reserved category as prescribed in the tender documents

Bidders should be a domicile of Karnataka for not less than 10 years prior to the last date of submission of tenders and shall ensure upload of relevant valid document certifying his /her domicile status issued by the competent authority failure to upload the Domicile certificate will lead to rejection of TENDER

Tenderers should upload valid PWD registration license copy is mandatory

Tenderers registered under class III may tender for works within the districts of the PWD circles wherein they are registered, otherwise tender shall be rejected.

Tenderers registered under class IV may tender for works within the districts or within the division whichever is applicable, where they are registered, otherwise tender shall be rejected
