Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) with 30% boulders.

Providing and laying in position boulders in concrete including cost of stones and carriage all complete

Providing and laying in position Reinforced cement concrete in Suspended floors, roofs, stair cases, lintels, chajjas, balconies etc. all work upto floor V level of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:1:1.5:3 (1 cement :1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for:foundations ,footings bases of column

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies etc

Steel Reinforcement for RCC work including cutting, bending, binding and placing in position all complete (TMT bars of Fe500 Grade)

Brickworkwith common burnt clay bricks of class designation 75 in cement moratr 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) in foundation and plinth

Extra for brick masonary above plinth level in superstructure upto floor V level

15mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Providing and laying in position 40mm thick cement concrete flooring in 1:2:4 mix

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6mm angle iron and 3mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.Using M.S. angles 40x40x6mm for diagonal braces.

Providing and fixing water closet squatting pan (Indian type W.C. pan) with 100 mm sand cast Iron P or S trap, 10 liter low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe (of approved make) with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS: 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required. White vitreous china Orissa pattern W.C. pan of size 580x440 mm with integral type foot rests.

Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture( two or more coats) and of required shade on new work,over and including water thinnable priming coat to give an even shade.

Constructing soak pit 1.2x1.2x1.2m filled with brickbats including S.W drain pipe 100mm diameter and 1.20m long complete as per standard design

Add provision for hardware items,pipes ,water tank etc

Carriage of cement from source to site by mechanical transport or animal transport or by head load

Carriage of Sand from source to site by mechanical transport or animal transport or by head load
