7.Brickwork in cement mortor 1:5 mix(one part of cement and 5 part of sand) using 2nd class ground moulded Bricks

8.Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are inforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle.

9.Supply and fixing of mild steel door using all round "L" angle 25 X 25 X 6mm thick, cross bracing 20 X 6mm M.S.Flat with necessary locking arrangements including cost and conveyance etc.,

11.WEATHERING COURSE CONCRETE using best quality broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be added) over the RCC roof slabs in the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid in a single layer and consolidated to the required designed and finished thickness by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jiggery water as per standard specification etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

12.Providing terrace flooring with one course of pressed tiles in cement mortor 1:3 mix (one cement three sand) with water proofing compound including pointing with colour cement etc complete

13.Supply and Fabrication of steel including cutting, bending ,tying with binding wire etc complete

14.Plastering with cement mortor 1:3 mix (1 part cement and 3 part sand) using 12mm thick

16.Providing black board on walls in cm 1:3 mix 12mm thick using necessary black board ingredients etc., completed

23.Wiring with 2 X 1.5 Sq.mm (22/0.3)PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100 V grade in suitable heavy gauge MS conduit pipe on wall and ceiling with Ms accessories with MS switch box and 5A FT switch with painting of suitable colour contionus earth wire connections of 14SWG TC wire for light point.(SD 1)

24.Supply and fixing of 5A 2pin and 3Pin combined flush type wall socket with 5A flush type switch concealed in suitable MS box in flush with wall .(SD 134)

35.Supply of RCC ring of 1200mm dia of good quality and approved make as per the direction of departmental officers etc., complete
