Demoliton of cement concrete including tiles and mortar of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for (a) Cleaning the sunken portion of toilet not exceeding 1.5 sqm / bathroom not exceeding 2.5 sqm thoroughly to remove laitence,dirt,dust etc. (b) Sanitary pipes entering through the walls and floor shall be sealed with Dr.Fixit Bathseal tape and the gaps shall be sealed with non shrink cementitous grout Dr.Fixit Bathseal Grout Nahani traps etc to be fitted securely and the gaps around shall be arrested in same manner. (c) Apply cementitous waterproof coating of Dr.Fixit Bathseal Plus on floor and all along the junction and including upto height of 150mm on wall.Allow drying time of 6 to 8 hrs and then apply second coat of treatment. (d) Forming angle fillet/coving all along the junction of wall and floor of size 40mm x 40mm and applying15mm thick rendering using cement mortar 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound on sunken floor. (e) Apply cementitous waterproof coating of Dr.Fixit Pidifin 2 K on floor and all along the junction and including upto height of 150mm on wall.Allow drying time of 6 to 8 hrs and then apply second coat of treatment. Note : After the sunken water proofing treatment, the ponding test shall be carried out for 24 hrs with water after the curing of the concrete to assessing the possibility of leakage and cost of the leakage if any shall deemed to be dealt with contractor.

M & L for 25mm thick, PCC 1:2:4 Nominal mix, Type B-0, using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in sub base for flooring/levelling coarse etc including formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for joint free Coloured Non-Skid Ceramic tiles edge to edge joint 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tiles exc 0.18 Sqm but n exc 0.38 sqm in floors etc colour as approved set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for ceramic tiles edge to edge joint 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tiles exc 0.18 Sqm but n exc 0.38 sqm on vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with floor tiles including 10 mm thick backing plaster in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L for Coloured Non-skid/matt finish Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick exc. 0.06 sqm but n.exc 0.11sqm area of each tiles in floor/ steps etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match as in floor over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Glazed Ceramic tiles 450x300x 8-10 mm thick in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over 10mm thick backing in cement mortar (1:3) all as specified and directed

M&L table rubbed Granite (of any type) 16 to 20 mm thick machine cut fixed on slab,window cill etc , bedded & jointed with grey cement slurry & pointed with white cement with admixure of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting, moulding & polishing over and including 20 mm thick screed in CM (1:3) including dismanlting of old stone slabs all as directed by Engr in charge

M & L for rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations all as directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L Precast cement concrete block masonry with solid block, exc 10cm in width in PCC type C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) set in CM (1:6) including demolition of old masonry & clearing off from the site all as specified.

Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces, ceiling including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed..

M & L for rendering to concrete or block masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces of brick surfaces, 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L rendering 5mm thick in CM (1:3) on ceiling surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement.

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 over a backing coat of 10mm thick in CM 1:6 (Total 15 mm thick) on concrete or brick masonry surfaces including mixing water proofing compound as per manufacurers instructions and finishing the top surface even and fair complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

Removing loose and broken concrete/ masonary surface by chiseling/ mechanically etc from the roof slab, coloumn, beam and similar structural members cutting edges, cleaning the dismantled portion with wire brush etc to make the reinforcement naked and remove dust, dirt and other foreign particle etc and removig to debris 50m from site all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing and applying rust remover to the exposed corroded reinforcement as per manufacturer's instruction including removing of concrete all around reinforcement by manual methods such as hammering the rebar, using wire brushes, salt paper, chiseling, etc (if left uncleared) including applying two coats of anticorrosive primer over dry steel surfaces after allowing due time for removal of rust complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note : The circumferential area around rusted bars along the length shall be measured and paid under this item.

M&L for applying one coat of epoxy bonding coat (two component epoxy resin & filler material) on dry exposed surfaces of cementitious substrate of soffit of slab, column, beam and similar structural members to create bonding with new Polymer modified mortar or micro concrete as per manufacture's instruction complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Contractor shall deemed to has accepted the existing condition of structures before quoting and shall liable for one more coat of above item if desired layer not obtained during the execution as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering the identified RCC surfaces with 15mm average thick cement mortar (1:3) on gunited surface by using POLYMER MODIFIED MORTAR in single layer of relevant proportion and weight of polymer, cement and filler material as per approved make, blended to a required consistency, applying, finishing and curing as per manufacturer's instructions including necessary scaffolding, formwork complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note for item No 54 to 57:- (i) The work under these items shall be carried out through authorised agent/representative of manufacturer only and necessary certificate shall be produced before execution of work. (ii) Defect liability of these items shall be 5 years from the certified date of completion. (iii) An amount of 3% of these items or Rs 25000/- (whichever higher) shall be retained during RAR and FB. This amount shall be released after successful completion of defect liability period as mentioned above

M&L for point wiring with two runs of PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded (FRLSH)copper conductor cable of 1.5 sqmm ,including PVC conduit medium grade/ PVC casing caping and pressed steel terminal boxes (for mounting switches /sockets/ regulators/ceiling roses etc ) made of MS sheet not less than 16 gauge and 6cm depth covered with 3mm thick laminated bakelite sheet fitted with brass screw and washers and drawing one run of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded (FRLSH) copper conductor cable as earth continuity wire in green colour connected to common earth and each terminal box/fitting all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.( In ceiling Portion surface conduit wiring shall be carried out.)
