RequiredStatement indicating the total value of the civil engineering works executed and payment received in last 5 years certified by the chartered accountant to be scanned and uploaded necessary details shall be uploaded as per the respective formats furnished along with the qualification information.

RequiredStatement indicating the A.Existig commitments and ongoing works, B.Details of works for which tenders are already submitted. The statements should furnished as per statement 1.3 A,B of Section 3 of Qualification information in Standard Bid document.

Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Bidder shall pay Contract Management Module processing fees of 0.025% of the contact value (Min Rs.500/- & Max Rs.7500/-) soon after contract has been issued to bidder.

The tenderer should be a PWD registered Contractor - Class-4 and above

As per Government order PWD 65 RDF 2017 dated 11/10/2018 GST will be added to the Contract amount separately.

Increase in GST shall not be paid in the extended period of contract for which the contractor alone is responsible for delay as determined by the authority while granting the extension of time.

Estimate rates are excluding GST as per Common SR 2021-22 and prevailing GST (18% of Amount Put to tender) amount is kept in form of Lump sum in sanctioned estimate according to guidelines in Common SR (GO:PWD 51 RDF 2019 Bangaluru Dt:18.03.2022). Therefore, amount put to Tender and ECV amount are excluding GST. KPPP-PORTAL format has No Options to add GST Separately at stage of Draft Tender Schedule Process for Over All amount put to Tender, tender has been inviting through an Option with INCLUSIVE. But the item wise rates do not include GST. Hence, GST will be paid separately for the quoted amount accordingly. Declaration Certificate must be attached mandatorily.

As per Government order FD 447 EXP-12 2022 dated 30/07/2022, 18% GST will be added to the Contract amount separately.

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i e 2020-21,2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 a achieved in at least two financial years an average financial turnover of Rs.5.08 Lakhs in all classes of Civil Engineering Construction works only Submit the scanned copy of the Profit & loss Statement indicating the contract receipts certified by the chartered accountant.

The Contractor belonging to Scheduled Caste shall be domicile of the state of Karnataka for more than 10 years He should scan & upload Domicile Residential Certificate for Residing in Karnataka for more than 10 years by the Competent Authority.

If the Contractor is a Firm, then all the Partners members of firm shall belong to the scheduled Caste & the valid scheduled Tribe certificate of all the partners members shall be scanned & uploaded.

This work is reserved for Schedule Caste Only

The contractor should up-load Caste Certificate of Schedule Caste

As per Karnataka State Government order No.LD 300 LET 2006 Bangalore Dated 01/01/2007 and Government Letter No.PW 134 BMS 2007 Dated 27/7/2007 a sum amounting to 1 percent of the bill amount will be educted towards Construction Labour Welfare fund.

The tenderer should quote his rates with all lead and lifts, loading andunloading including cost of labour, hire charges of machinaries and otherincidental charges etc complete as per specification and directions of theEngineer incharge of the work

The bidder shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of each tender and the employer will in no case be responsible and liable for those costs. The department is not responsible for any delay in accessing e-procurement portal

Contractors should have to upload the scanned copy of all necessary qualification documents, and submit the original documents certificates after opening the tender for evalution and verification.

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders The departments shall not be responsible for non accessibility of KPPP portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end.

All materials required for the work shall be procured by the tenderer himself and should be got tested by the quality control authorities at his own cost before use on work.

Within 20 days of receipt of Letter of Acceptance, the successful Tenderer shall deliver to the employer a Security Deposit in the form of NSC/DD/ FDR in favor of the Executive Engineer, P.R.E.Division, Sagar, for an amount equivalent to 5 percent of the Contract price plus additional security for unbalanced tenders in accordance with the conditions of contract

Successful Bidder shall pay Contract Management Module processing fees of 0.025 percent of the contact value (Min Rs.500/- and Max Rs.7500/-)when bills are raised using Contract Management Module

Self declaration of machineries are not accepted

Third party inspection is mandatory for all the works in this programme.

The Employer reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning reason.

For interpretations of clauses, conditions, spelling mistakes, etc., decision of Executive Engineer is final.

The Furnished E.M.D. will be released only after successful execution of the Tender Agreement by the successful Tenderer or bid validity days from the date of submission of Tender whichever is earlier.

The successful tenderer shall maintain the work during the defect liability period of 1 year from the date of completion of the work.

The Tenderer at his own responsibility and risk is encouraged to visit and examine the Site of Works and its surroundings and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the Tender and entering into a contract for construction of the Works. The cost of visiting the Site shall be at the Tenderer own expense

All other conditions and requirements has to be fulfilled as per the KW Standard Bid Document

It is to be noted that any false documentation found to be uploaded, action may attract punitive measures such as Blacklisting, Cancellation of Registration etc

The GST will be paid separately to the Contractors as per the Guidelines of the Government

The work shall be inspected by the Third Party and the bill shall be admitted only after the satisfactory quality reports from the Third Party

All safety precautions, warnings, signs, deployment of security guards haveto be ensured so that no untoward incident happens on account of negligence or any project activity

All materials required for the work, shall be procured by the tenderer himself and should be got tested by the Department quality control authorities at his own cost before use for the work. If employer wishes to engage third party inspecting agency for the said work, apart from the quality control authorities, then the contractor should cooperate with the third party for test

In the case of death of the contractor after executing the agreement/ commencement of the work, his legal heir, if is an eligible registered contractor and is willing, can execute and complete the work at the accepted tender rates in the same terms and conditions of the contractor of the work

Corrigendum/Modifications/Corrections if any will be published in the KPPP website only.

The work should be executed as per the KTPP Act.

The work should be completed within the stipulated time period from the date of issue of work order including Rainy Season
