Regular tower to tower ground patrolling of following mentioned Line. Patrolling work consist of detection of the defect like missing/theft tower parts/bird nest , hot point,punchered/flash over insulator disc, dislocation of vibration dampers/damaged conductor /earth wire ,checking of foundation / stub & position of trees in the corrider of 27 meter of the line.Patrolling shall be done regurlarly on quarterly basic i.e 4 times in the year. Submission of patrolling report on perscribed computerized Performa in 3 sets after each patrolling duly binded along with one soft copy within 10 days after completion of the patrolling.

Opening/cutting of nut-bolts of remaning cut pieces of tower parts theft by miscreants safely with the help of gas cutter/hacksaw blade including all required labour and T&P for proper complition of works satisfactory.

Fabrication & fixing of tower parts/members from scrap GI angle including carriage of angels from the substation store, punching hole, proper tightening of nut & bolts, punching & chamfering of bolts at different of above transmission line.

Tack welding of New Nut & Bolts.

Strengthening/Replacing of damaged jumpers ( tension tower ) in emergency to restore the supply.

Tightening of Red hot/loose 220/132KV jumper on both ends at Lattice tension towers.

Tightening of Red hot/loose 220/132kV jumper on both ends at tension Monopole .

Repairing of damaged ACSR Panther/Zebra conductor by using repair sleeves either one or more as per requirment.( repair sleeve will be provided by the department.)

Replacment of damaged/puncture insulator string at different tower location including carriage of matrial from store to site and remaining / scrap matrial back to store . Including all associated work.

Lopping, Chopping & cutting of tree branches in the 27 Mtr. Safe Corridor of above Transmission line .

In Emergency Tower to Tower ground patrolling of 220/132 kv lines after tripping of line. Team will move well equipped for all assocaited work i.e. looping , chopping of trees.removal of foreign wire, nest to restore the supply.

Removing of Sign Board,advertisement board ,from the towers of 220/132 kv above line .

Half yearly hot spot scanning of mid span joint,repair sleeve, Dead end & Jumpers of following 132kV Lines.Real line pictures of thermoscanning of Jumpers,Dead end , midspan Joint & repair sleeve comprising all details of tower & Temperature must be provided in 2 sets in A4 photo sheet, one A4 sheet should not contain more than 4 photographs.
