M&L for comprehensive cleaning of RCC under ground monsson collection sump of capacity 8 Lakh Gallon at PTT near main gate after pumping out the water, lifting out complete sludge and mud by using suitable tools, depositing the sludge and mud beyond 50mtr from the UG sump in low lying areas, cleaning the floor and wall by using wire brush and coconut broom, gunny bags etc, removing water plants and algae from its roots completely and cleaning with fresh water by using atleast 6 x semi-skilled labours per day all as specified and as directed.
