SITC of 2.0 TR, 5-Star rated, inverter type, high wall split air conditioner fitted with rotary compressor, suitable for operation on single phase, 220 V ±10%, 50 Hz AC supply, make: Godrej Inverter Split AC SIC 24LTC5-WWR or equivalent or equivalent, having rated cooling capacity not less than 6000 Watts, and using eco-friendly refrigerant R-32 / R-410A, complete with all standard accessories, comprising required length refrigerant-grade copper piping with insulation, drain piping, cutting and making good of walls including drilling of holes, and wrapping of PVC non-adhesive white tape over insulated refrigerant piping, etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing of 5 KVA Voltage Stabilizer suitable for 2 Ton Air Conditioner as required of Make V-Guard Model VG 500 or its equivalent etc., as required.

Providing & Fixing of pre-fabricated stand for keeping outdoor units of 1/1.5/2 Ton capacity split type AC or its equivalent etc., as required.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of outdoor AC unit including form work etc including finishing the exposed concrete surfaces with two coats of weather-proof exterior emulsion paint etc., as required.

SITC of Stainless Steel Air Curtain of size 4 feet and air throw of 21m/s, single phase Make: Euronics EAS 4 or its equivalent etc., as required

Supplying, fabricating and fixing MS structural frames made out of 40 × 40 × 3 mm MS angle for supporting 2 Nos air curtain, including cutting, welding, clamps, brackets, bolts, nuts, washers and anchoring to wall/pipe/structural members, complete with one coat of primer and two coats of enamel paint (Navy Blue), in all respects, as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing 12 mm thick shuttering plywood for providing mounting base/support for installation of air curtain, plug points, DB, etc., including cutting to required size, drilling, and anchoring/fixing to wall and/or MS angle frame with approved screws, fasteners and accessories, complete with two coats of enamel paint (white), finished neatly in all respects, as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
