Breakdown maintenance and Cutting welding work of hardware, fittings of isolating valves, impulse lines etc. of C and I equipments in unit 5 and 6 2X250 MW CTPS Parichha

Arresting the leakage from 10mm and 20mm impulse line by cutting and/or welding.

Replacement of damaged 10mm/20mm impulse line by cutting and/or welding with proper coupling, adopter tail nipples, clamping & required bends.

Replacement of damaged isolating valve for pressure/ Temperature gauges & Switches, instrument air/oil/steam line, transmitter etc.

Re-visioning & servicing of high pressure isolating valve size (0.5”, 1”and 2”) by lapping, grinding and replacement of gland packing.

Fabrication & modification in end fittings of pressure/ temperature gauges & switches, Transmitter, solenoid valve, transmitter manifolds.

Cutting and complete removal of old and damaged 5/3/2/ way H.P./L.P. manifolds of SS 316 from LIE panels. Cleaning, grinding of 10mm/20mm impulse line and welding of new/repaired 5/3/2/ way manifolds with the help of socket with suitable welding electrodes at two process connections.

Repairing of the old/defective 5/3/2 way manifold by cutting from site and dismantle/replace the stem/gland of the valve or welding of the defective body of the manifold.

Cutting and removal of odd size of female fittings of pressure gauges at different places of unit and auxillaries of 2x250 MW and replacement and welding of new female fittings.

Mounting/welding of snubber and isolating valves on high pressure line before pressure gauges for obtaining correct readings and improve the life of pressure gauges.

Repalcement of old and damaged hose pipe by cutting, welding and grinding flexible SS hose pipes (which are under division’s scope) installed at various locations of 2X250 MW units

Fabrication & modification of different sizes of links and other fittings of PFT and Positioners of various pnematic instruments installed at diffierent locations of 2X250 MW units.
