S&F for solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm wood grain printed PVC sheet and edges will be painted to match with prelam sheet reinforced with MS square tube complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 28 to 30 mm thick (stiles) Factory Made Solid PVC Moulded Door Shutter, with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick Moulded PVC Sheet on the front face & 2mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face, supplying & fixing in frame at site as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails, M.S frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail : Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M. S. frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing mentioned in SSR Part-II 2010 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 65 x 100 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia andlength complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). (Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e.depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made complete all as specified and directed.)

S&F for 35mm thick factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary SS screws shall be paid separately) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no. 7 here-in-before but wire gauzed i.e. panel will be of wire gauze in lieu of PVC sheet panel. The wire gauze shall be wrapped on an additional square 8mm M.S. Solid tube and this tube shall be welded to M.S. tubes. The wire gauge shall be stretched to tighten firmly complete all as speified and directed.

S&F for Powder coated anodised aluminium door shutters with powder coating not less than 50 micron of any colour, aluminium section weighing 0.55kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, mortice lock, 1 Nos floor door stopper, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for powder coated anodised aluminium frame for doors and partition wall with one or more rebates with powder coating not less than 50 micron of any colour, including joining cleat for fixing etc. with powder coating not less than 50 micron of any colour complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F for Anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement as specified and direction by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290, Gde E-165 complete as in repair all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0, (using 12.5mm graded stone agregate) as in bands, bed blocks, fixing hold fasts, filling of door fames etc complete including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperature 1.4mm and fixed with tinned tacks, or stainless steel wire staples in steel windows/ wooden doors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 3 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty/beads and pins/spring pins in squares n . exc 0.50 sqm in each pane to be fixed in any position at any hight upto to two story building after hacking out broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from metal frame including punching or drilling out old galzing pins/ spring clips complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 4.80 mm thick tinted glass and glazing with oil putty/beads and pins/spring pins in squares n . exc 0.50 sqm in each pane to be fixed in any position at any hight upto to two story building after hacking out broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from metal frame including punching or drilling out old galzing pins/ spring clips complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 3 mm thick figured glass pin headed type and glazing with oil putty/beads and pins/spring pins in squares n . exc 0.50 sqm in each pane to be fixed in any position at any hight upto to two story building after hacking out broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from metal frame including punching or drilling out old galzing pins/ spring clips complete all as specified and directed.

S &F for aluminium alloy, anodised, sliding door bolt 250mm long, with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts & sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast aluminium alloy complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 150 mm long aluminium anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded section complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 150 mm long aluminium alloy handles, cast type, anodized complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors window, ventilators and partitions (fixed protion) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS : 733 and IS : 1285, fixing with dash festenders of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junction, i.e at top, boton and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth rust free, straight, mitred and jointed machanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P brass/ stainless steel screws, all compete all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for Powder coated anodised aluminium ventilator shutters(minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) and frame, (half fixed glass and half louvers) aluminium sections weighing not less than 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing lips, rubber lips, rubber packing anodized aluminium snap beading, screws, grills anodized aluminium snap beading, screws, grills anodized aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (3 Nos), Hinges type B-21 100 mm long (2 Nos), suitable handle (1 No) etc. The vetilator system should be glazed with 4mm thick figured glass, pin head type of size as required in ventilator including taking out/ taking down old shutters complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F for aluminium beading inculing gasket etc (fixing in existing aluminium door shutter) complete as in repairs all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18/19mm thick plywood, grade BWR, type BB, fixed with screws to timber frame work duly fixing of 0.9mm thick decorative laminate type-1 of surface finished, colour and pattern as approved fixed with approved adeshive as per manufacturer instruction prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work with external 6mm thick teak wood lipping after dismantling boarding of any description in any position with nailscomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 0.9mm thick decorative laminate type-1 of surface finished, colour and pattern as approved fixed with approved adeshive as per manufacturer instruction over plywood, other wood surface etc. after dismantling of old unservicable lamination complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for 100 mm long Butt hinges (medium weight) stainless steel complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 100 mm handles (rectangular shalpe) stainless steel polished bright complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 25mm dia cutain rails, stainless steel with fixing brackets, stops, tollers etc. including side caps and brackets complete as in repair all as specified and directed.

S&F for continuous (piano) hinges, mild steel, bright finish or electrogalvanised with width of flaps (when open) is 40 mm complete as in repair all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work, finished even and smooth without using extra cement after taking down old cement plaster complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper (premium quality) over one coat of alkali resistant primer paint over a layer of smooth wall putty finish punning 2 mm thick strictly as per manufacturer instruction with smooth roller finish after preparation of new plaster surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed by GE. (Note:- After painting works, cleaning of all floors, glass and furniture by own arrangement)

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of walls by washing down and smoothing old surface and applying two coats of oil bound distemper (premium quality) over one coat of alkali resistant primer paint over a layer of smooth wall putty finish punning 2 mm thick strictly as per manufacturer instruction with smooth roller finish complete all as specified and directed by GE. (Note:- After painting works, cleaning of all floors, glass and furniture by own arrangement)

M&L for vitrified tiles dark shade (premium quality) 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles n exc 0.36 sqm in skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface, laid over and including 15 mm thick backing layer of cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) after dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for kitchen cabinet (colour) of depth 300mm made with 18mm thick PVC celluca plywood board (pre-laminated with 5mm thick PVC sheet), one side decorative lamination and other side balancing lamination sheet (white) consisting of carcass 18mm thick PVC sheet and provision of shutter made out of 18mm thick one side decorative lamination PVC sheet all required brackets, stainless steel screw, knobs, kinges, favi quick, solvent cement etc. fixed to wall with stainless steel screw and 18mm thick PVC shelves of density not less than 600 kg/cum by drilling holes complete. The panel shall be fabricated using adhesive and screws where ever required. All the edges shall be covered with 2mm thick edge bonding tape or 90 degree edge bend finish as per make and specification all as directed by Enigneer-in-Charge. M&L for complete removal of existing water proofing treatment over RCC roof, projections of any thickness, any type by stripping out old tar felt over roofs, parapets, chimney stacks etc laid horizontally or vertically including taking out layer of cement plaster and demolition of cement concrete etc and cleaning the surface with wire brush including removing debris from the site and depositing in low lying area where directed and providing following :- (a) Rendering 10mm thick in Cement mortar (1:3) on concrete roof surfaces and finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing liquid water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement. (b) Apply a coat of bituminous primer confirming to IS-3384@ 0.4 ltr/Sqm on newly plastered surface after curing as per IS-456 and dried. (c) Provide 3mm thick APP modified prefabricated polymeric water proofing membrane ISI marked laid with overlaps, bonded with hot blown bitumen, and laid by torch application method, end overlaps shall not be less than 150mm and side lap 75mm. Polymeric water proofing membrane should be five layered with centre core as 90 micron high molecular high density polyethylene film, min weight 3.5 Kg per sqm. APP membrane shall laid acorss the slope from lowest line of sloping roof towards ridge. (d) Finishing with aluminium paint applied @ 0.11 Kg/sqm over the APP. Note : (i) Care shall be taken to avoid wrinkle and air gaps while sticking membrane to the bitumen applied surface. (ii) Ponding test shall be conducted for 72 hrs as directed by Engr-In-Charge. (iii) Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately. (iv) This item shall be executed only, the buildings whose guarantee period are over. A certificate shall be given alongwith building Nos by the Engineer-in-Charge at the time of payment in this aspects.

M&L for 50mm thick (minimum) cement concrete, type B-0, (1:2:4) (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping, kerb, benching, roof surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nanital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coated GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of approved colour having tensile strength 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws including side and end lap as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coated GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of approved colour having tensile strength 550 Mpa as in ridges, hips, valley gutters, fixed with self tapping screws including side and end lap as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified.

S &F of steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified.

M & L for Hand rails, wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for ecuring wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work onforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Rotational moulded polythylene water storage tank (ISI marked multilayer) with float valve, plastic lid cover, double layered, cylindrical vertical with closed top, hoisted and fixed in position of capacity 500 ltrs including dismantling old unserviceable tank and making connections inlcuding suitable GI wash out, over flow, nipple and including 20mm bore ball valve (minimum weigth of valve 210 gms) high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plasic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specifed and directed.

Disconnecting the existing PVC tanks of capacity exc 500 Ltr but not exc 1000 Ltr, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, dewatering, cleaning with wire/brush/jude/ cloths, removing all dirt and scale and algae formation inside the tank by using Calcium hypo chlorite granular / bleaching powder etc. with the help of cleaing mechine/ manually etc. including writing with white paint over the tank as "TANK CLEANED ON" with date, month and year with a minimum of 8 cm height in capital letters/ numbers and hoisting if required, reconnecting & refixing in position complete all as directed by Engineer-in- Charge. (Note:- Cost of labours and all material requried for cleaning the tank are inclusive in this item.)

M&L for 20mm thick granite stone slab (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in skirting/dado, steps, pillars, window sills, cooking platform laid over 15mm thick bedding in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite slab including rounding edges of granite slab after dismantling of old unserviceable/ broken slab as directed by Engineer-in-Charge as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles(printed) of size 350x250x7mm or 450x350x7mm thick, (premium quality) on vertical surface of wall such as dado, skirting, riser etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles, laid over and including 10mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) after dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (premium quality) Square/rectangular, area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but n.exc 0.11 sqm in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4)after dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.
