Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling of Bricks laid, (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles in floors, roof, channels, kerbs, aprons etc bedded and pointed in any mortar (each layer) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick brick tiles laid on cement mortar 1:6 and joints grouted flush in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for cleaning of top roof surfaces by wire brushing ,removing all dust,loose particles of concrete including washing the surfaces and applying 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4,finishing the surface finished even and fair without using extra cement with liquid WPC as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed . Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately

M&L for one coat of cold applied bituminous primer @ 0.40 Ltr/Sqm after cleaning of surfaces and providing APP based polymeric membrane, minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick, reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by forced application ,torching overlaps as recommended by manufacturer complete all as specified and directed

M&L for lime concrete 1:2:5 (Lime:surkhi:brick ballast(40mm)) terracing in roof , maintaining the slope of 1:40 including finishing the surface finished even and fair with addition of jaggery solution complete all as specified and directed .

Demolition of Cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided including disposal of retrieved material to a distance n.exc 500m from the starting point complete all as specified and directed

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in roof kerb, mud stops,roof padding, bands, copings, bed plates including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed .

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry,built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks using old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 in buildings of height upto 15 metres complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed .

S&F Solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47 mm made out of 5mm wood grain printed PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. square tube, egdes will be painted to match printed sheets complete all as specified and directed .

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (Style) consisting of frame made out of MS tube for top and bottom rail, MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain /coloured PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for style and plain colour PVC sheet for top, bottom & back rail panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in MS frame welded/sealed to styles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor/hearth or wall tilling /skirting/dado including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish of the premises complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the coloured tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 for laying finishes complete all as specified and directed .

S&F Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 450mmx300mmx7mm thick (colour and shade as approved) as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dados etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles over & including 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed .

S&F Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the coloured tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 for laying finishes complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC sunken slab as specified below and as directed by Engineer in Charge:- (a) Cleaning the surface with wire brush/coir brush, removing loose material like dust particles, dirt etc. (b) Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 using water proofing compound on raised vertical surfaces. (c) Creating fillet covering of 50 x 50 mm with polymer modified mortar on the junction of slab and wall (d) Apply first coat of two component modified polymer coating on the horizontal and vertical surface. (e) Provision of glass fibre mesh of 2.0mm x 2.0mm mm immediately on above coating. (f) Apply second coating of two component modified polymer coating after 72 hrs upto 300mm above wall surface. (g) Laying concrete 1:4:8 over the coating as per requirement. (h) Joining the sanitary pipes with the waterproofing tape having bridging ability of more than 1.5 mm (j) Filling the gap between the wall opening and sanitary pipe with non shrink cementatious grout. (k) Complete treatment to be carried out by authorised applicator of waterproofing manufacturer. Note : (i) The treatment shall be carried out as per the manufacturers instructions, and as directed by Engineer in Charge. (ii) The plan area of floor shall be considered for payment (iii) WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

Dismantling CI/PVC pipe of 75/100mm dia alongwith fittings ,below or above GL/laid in floors/fixed to walls jointed in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC 1:1.5:3, type A1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as chajjas,beams,floors,parapet,slab and similar suspended works complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape as required, including cranking, bending and binding with & including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for use and waste of form work to faces of parapet surfaces, soffits of suspended slabs , such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200 mm thick (Horizontal or slopping) for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed .
