Note: Water proofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorised applicators. Contractor shall give 10 years guarantee for effectiveness of water prrofing treatment. 2.5% of workdone amount of this items shall be retained from the contractor payment for a period of 10 years reckoned from date of physical completion of the work or in lieu contractor may deposit bank FDR for the said tory for 10 years which shall be released by GE ont he expiry of satisfactory completion fo 10 years period, complete all as specified and dircted by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rolled mild steel section as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. Fe-410- W (Gde- E-250) quality-B, all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes, in soft / loose soil, (or similar holes) each n. exc. 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n. exc. 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc. 50m and making good surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates), as in foundation, complete all as specified and directed .

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and in paving n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection laid in bays n. exc. 2 sqm each, finishing the surface of concrete topping even & fair, without using extra cement filling the joints with mastic filling comprising of one part of heated bitumen 85/25 or 95/10 grade and 3 parts of sand (all by weight) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2,(using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base for path, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rubber molded glossy finish chequered cement concrete tiles of size 30 cm x 30 cm x 25 mm thick, in white cement with pigment, set, jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement, as in floors / path / hard standing, laid over screed bed, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chipping of spalled and loose concrete and cleaning rust from reinforcement by sand blasting scrubing down concrete surfaces with wire brushes cleaning with water allow to dry and applying a layer of Zinc rich epoxy primer as an anti rust on all exposed reinforcement followed by a layer of binding coat of approved epoxy adhesive on complete exposed surfaces of concrete to be gunited and applying two layers of guniting over steel welded mesh 2mm dia of wire and aperture 75mm. Total thickness of guniting not exc 40mm (Avg thickness) in cement mortar 1:2 using OPC 53 grade cement mixed with polycreate mixture @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instruction and finally applying cement plaster over guniting surface of required thickness to give even, uniform and smooth finishes confirming to proper geometrics in cement mortar 1:3 to match the existing surfaces as in sides, soffits of the slabs, chajjas, fins, facias, parapets, linetls, columns and beams etc complete including necessary scafolding, shuttering, chasing to brick work or RCC members at any height upto 6 storied buildings including removal of all small trees/ shrubs etc , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing vegetation/ plants on wall, roof, sunshade and junctions of overhead tanjs, pipes etc of the buildings upto G+3 and uprooting to any depth and filling the hole by nominal mix concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 with water proofing compound @ 3% by the weight of cement and match with the treated surface with proper safety arrangements to existing finished surface, complete all as spefied and directed.
