Demolition of brick or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, precast concrete articles etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone works and ,complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description & in any position not specifically provided complete including dismantling of floor tiles etc complete all as specified.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition ) of any description in any position not specifically provided complete complete all as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description.

Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation etc for for shafts, wells cesspits, manholes, piers holes etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in loose/soft soil etc complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick with soil etc complete all as specified.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks old size straight or curved on plan exc 6.0 m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified.

M&L for plain cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling & mass concrete, sub base complete all as specified.

M&L for providing reinforced cement concrete (design mix) M-25 (20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundations including rafts, column footings, plinth beams, etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions, for square, rectangular or polygonal, rough finished surfaces of concrete etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified.

M&L for forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

S&F framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing conforming to Fe- 290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified.

M&L for 20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, win dow-cills, cooking plat forms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including point ing in white cement (1:2) us ing marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified.

S&F Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, welding, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, welding, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified.

M&L for prepration of new Steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified.

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately)

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors 110 mm bore.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 with using (20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in Hardstanding including spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green etc complete all as specified.

M&L Forming contraction (Dummy) joints 65 mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade 'A'. Complete all as speicified.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 with )using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base of flooring etc complete all as specified.

M&L sand filling under interlocking tiles for cushioning including watering and consolidation complete all as specified.

M&L for machine presssd pre-cast coloured concrete interlocking paver block any shape confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 60mm thick , M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment as approved complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, coping, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work, complete all as specified.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc.50m and making good surface in soft/loose soil.

Supply, Transporting to site and erect true vertical position steel tubular pole, swaged confirming to IS-2713 part-II type 410 , SP-31, 9.0 meter long complete with MS base plate of 6 mm thick of size 300x300 mm, , finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, washer and screws including painting externally with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring two coat of black bituminous paints to portion embedded in PCC including provision of white and blue colour strips with fluorescent paint upto 1.50 meter height and numbering of pole complete all as spefcified and directed.

Taking down of existing u/s junction box of any type and size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F non metallic junction box made out of thermoplastic of size 250x250x160 mm for street light poles with connection incoming and outgoing cables including provn of 01 No MCB SP 06 Amp to control the pole light circuit including 4 nos aluminium bus bars mounting on the insulator and fixing clamp made of FI 25x3 mm with black strip with suitable nut, bolts and washers including suitable size of double compression cable glands for incoming and outgoing cables complete all as spefcified and directed.

Taking down of existing u/s street light of any type and size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT cable, XLPE insulated, armoured and PVC bedded, 1100 volts, heavy duty with aluminium conductor 120 sqmm, 3.50 core laid in ducts/through pipes, in floor on pole, in trench including taking out old u/s cable of any type complete all as spefcified and directed.

M & L for Earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to main earth lead GI wire 4.0 mm dia upto 7.50 mtr long by means of bolts, nut, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES Schedule part-I 2009 and GI earth lead wire protected by GI pipe 15mm dia light grade and connected to earth test point including excavation in any type of soil,returning filling, disposal of soil, providing charcoal dust and common salt upto top edge of earth plate, construction of PCC pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, with 50mm thick precast RCC slab cover in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, funnel, watering pipe of 20mm dia GI light grade and provision of earth test point including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. S&F in replacement of timer switch for security light duly steel enclosed with locking arrangement fixed to wall/pole/existing panel by means of clamp, nut,bolt, washers or by welding on angle iron including following items:- (a) MCCB 63 Amp 16 KA, 4 Pole - 01 No (b) MCB SPN 16-40 Amp - 01 No (c) Power Contactor ML3, 3 Pole, 40 Amp - 01 No (d) Time switch analouge dial type - 01 No (e) Bypass arrangement for testing/repair of light

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cabe for end joint cmplete with jointing material cold shrink type and accessories suitable for 3.5/4 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 120 Sqmm indoor/outdoor type complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of existing u/s street light bracket of any type and size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L street light bracket made out from GI pipe 32mm bore, 1.20 m long nent to shape including fixing 02 set of clamp made out from MS flat of size 25x5 mm complete with nuts and bolts and washers of suitable size duly painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Net Contract Sum will be after deducting Sch of Credit of Rs 1,71,700.00
