Repairs to 10000GPH 90M head Horizontal split casing pumping unit of WSS Wuyan Droll. The job includes following jobs:- Decoupling of pump and motor by way of opening all the fasteners, opening the top of the pump and extraction of rotating assemble.
Shifting of pump rotating assemble from site to workshop and back from workshop to site after carrying out the repairs. The job includes carriage charges, loading and unloading.
Rebuilding the pump shaft by way of welding deposition and then turning the shaft on Lathe machine to achieve the prefect finish to hose the sleeve as well as the bearing on both sides of DE and NDE.
P/F of MS gland by way of casting, machining of the cast item to achieve the inner dia. and dimensions as per the sample
P/F of check nuts as per sample. The job includes turning the cast of the sleeves on the Lathe machine to achieve the size and dimensions as per the sample.
P/F of MS 14 no tyre coupling for the above pumping unit. The Job is inclusive of its boring & finishing to the required size.
Providing, Fitting of 6” length MS nuts, bolts etc.
Providing, Fitting of 3” length MS nuts, bolts etc.
Providing, Fitting of 3” dia.Rubber washer etc.
