Bulk order will be placed on the manufacturer or its authorized agent having proven performance for Same or similar item as per attached GCC para 2.6.1. Para No. 2.6.1 of GCC attached shall be referred to, for full details. Bidders are advised to read it carefully before bidding. Similar items mean- Modular workstation
Tenderer other than manufacturer must attach/upload tender specific authorization certificate issued by original manufacturer along with their offer failing of which offer of the firm will not be considered as a valid offer and such offer will be summarily rejected without any back reference.
The procurement of the item is restricted to Class I local suppliers only and the vendors who do not qualify to be Class I local suppliers should not quote in the tender as their offers shall not be considered for any ordering. In case any vendor who does not qualify to be a Class I local supplier for the tendered item and participates in the tender it does so at their own risk and cost and Railways shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused to the vendor. Requirement of a vendor to be a Class-I local supplier for this item, shall be a mandatory condition in addition to other qualifying eligibility criteria/conditions. Please refer Para 29.0 of GCC attached to tender for details.
The bidder has to submit a bid specific authorization certificate from the OEM with mentioning authorized signatory Name, Contact Details & email address.
The bidder/OEM should have registered office and local service centre at State.The furniture manufacturer (OEM/Bidder) having the factory act license and ESIC/ EPF registration. Scanned copies to be uploaded. The manufacturer (OEM/Bidder) should have ISO 9001:2015, ISO 50001:2018, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 13485:2016, ISO 14001:2015 (All ISO must be from NABCB (National Accreditation Board for Certification Bodies) recognized accreditation body) accredited organization otherwise certificates will not be accepted. Manufacturer (OEM/Bidder) should have BIFMA (Membership), AIOTA, Indian Design Mark certification, Green Guard Gold Certification, BIFMA Level 2, Indoor Advantage Gold, Green Pro, IGBC Platinum certificate, GRIHA V 2019 certificates. At least some of its products should have the abovementioned certificate. The OEM should have zero waste to landfill certification by Greenco & approved by CII of the OEM.
All the product wise certificates mentioned in the Specification are required for the eligibility in this e-tender. No further clarification will be entertained
