RCC 1:1½:3 (One cement one point five sand and three aggregates) mix using 20mm gauge hard granite broken stone jelly in all RCC works connected to the work excluding shuttering , Centering and cost of Reinforcement grills but including curing ,finishing etc complete with standard specification and as directed by departmental officers etc complete as per standard specification.

Supplying and Fabrication of Steel and placing in position MS / Ribbed tor steel Grills for RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and GI binding wire in Floors etc,. Complete complying with standard specification in force and as directed by department officials.-

Manufacturing supplying and fixing of MILD STEEL DOOR made out of 50 x 50 x 6 mm M.S angle for outer frame,35 X 35 X 5mm M.S.Angle for outer frame of shutter. The entire shutter area shall be covered with CRC sheets (18 G) with 5Nos, of stiffners using M.S.Flats of size 25 X 6mm at equal intervals horizontally. The corners of the frames and shutter with CRC sheets shall be welded by adopting flash butt welding or any other suitable method. Provision towards 3Nos, of Hinges incase of single shutters / 6Nos,of Hinges incase of Double shutters of 125 X 31 X 1.25mm size placed at appropriate intervals and provisions shall be made for Tower bolts 2Nos, Aldrop 1No. The frame shall be provided with 6Nos,of Hold fast of 200mm length using 50 X 6mm M.S.Flat. The entire frame and shutter shall be provided with one coat of red oxide primer including cost of hold fasts,hinges, locking arrangements, handles wind appliences etc., complete and as directed by the departemental officers.

Supplying and fixing of RoofTruss using M.S. angle frames and M.S Plates including cost of I section, angles and flats in proper position including labour charges for cutting, welding, and including labour charges for priming cost of red oxide painting and erection in a proper position etc. complete as per standard specification.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 ( one cement five sand ) 20mm thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materials labour charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications (S.I.306)

Paving the flooring withCeramic tiles of size 300mm x 300mm x 6mm of approved colour and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand ) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the colour cement etc., complete.

Painting the New plastered wall surface with two coats of cement paint of approved quality and colour over one coat of cement primer including cleaning the surface etc complete as per standard specification.

Supply and fixing of Galvalum sheet roofing 0.6mm thick of approved quality by drilling holes ( and not by punching) with necessar y " j"/ "U" bolts and nuts of 8mm dia of suitable length and providing 1 set of Bitumen washer of 25mm dia and 1.60mm thick for each bolt including protecting portion of bolts in roof shall be covered with bitumen compound etc completed complying with standard specification as per TNBP No. 49

Supplying and fixing in position Indian water closet of size 580 X 440mm, white glazed earthen ware of approved quality with 'P' trap or 'S' trap confirming to IS:2556 - Part XII with sand cushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 ( one part of lime, two parts of sand and five parts of brick jelly) 100mm thick and finishing the top to required slope and including giving necessary connection to cast iron soil pipes/ PVC pipes by dismandling brick masonry, reinforced cement concrete roof/floor slab and making good the disturbed portion to original condition without leakage etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and fixing of precast RCC Ring 1000mm dia loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing Precast Reinforced Cement Concrete slabs of following thickness in RCC M20 concrete using following HBGS jelly excluding cost of reinforcement steel in position but including cost of moulding charges, casting of slab, finishing, curing and fixing in position in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Supplying and fixing of ISI approved make UPVC pips and Specials including cost and conveyance of all materials labour charges etc complete As per std specification.
