Pre-Engineered Building: Design, fabrication, supply, transportation, handling and erection at required positions and levels PEB structure of required size as per approved design and drawing and as per clause no.1.0 of tender technical specification comprises of item from 1.1 to 1.2 below -

Structural Steel: Structural Steel members for pre engineered building as per approved design and drawing including primary & secondary structural members including transverse rigid frames, lean-to-rafters, columns, interior columns, end wall wind columns, beams, rafters, purlins, cleats, wind bracing, girts, eave struts, primary and secondary bolted connections and all structural members required to support roof & walls sheeting, ridge ventilators, skylights, louvers, rain water gutters, lighting windows.

Roof Sheeting & Wall Sheeting: Single skin roofing system as per approved design and drawing with all necessary cutting, trimming, etc. and accessories such as ridges, gutters, aprons and flashings made out of Galvalume roofing sheet of 0.5 mm thick using self drilling/self tapping screws or with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts and or G.I. seam bolts and nuts, G.I. plain and bitumen washers complete as necessary with all approved and specified material, tools, tackle, machinery, labour, fasteners, fixtures, flashing, consumable as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Civil Work: Civil works as required at site in consultation with Engineer-in-charge and approved deign & drawing and as per clause no.2.0 of tender technical specification comprises of item from 2.1 to 2.8 below -

Excavation in Soft rock: Excavation in for making foundation in Soft Rock by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means as per tender technical specification.

Excavation in Hard rock: Excavation in for making foundation in Hard Rock by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means as per tender technical specification.

Excavation in Soil: Excavation in for making foundation in in all types of soil other than soft and hard rock by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means as per tender technical specification.

Murum filling: Murum filling under floors of specified thickness in layers as per tender technical specification.

Soil Termite Treatment: Carrying out pre-constructional anti termite treatment as per tender technical specification.

RCC/PCC Works: Providing and laying in position Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) of following grades as per tender technical specification.

RCC/PCC of grade M20

RCC of grade M30

Centering & Shuttering Work: Providing, centering, shuttering form work as per tender technical specification.

Reinforced Steel Work: Providing Reinforcement Steel for reinforced cement concrete at all levels as per tender technical specification.

Flooring of Cold Storage area: Construction of flooring of Cold Storage Facilty using water vapour barrier, two layers of PUF slabs of 60 mm thick each, tremix flooring/concreting, PCC etc. as per clause no. 3.0 of tender technical specification.

Rolling Shutter: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of electrically operated rolling shutters as per clause no. 4.0 of tender technical specification.

Aluminium Works: Providing and fixing anodized aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard section as per clause no. 5.0 of tender technical specification.

False Ceiling: Providing and fixing gypsum board false ceiling as per clause no. 6.0 of tender technical specification.

Refrigeration Systems for Cold Storage: Design, fabrication, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of air cooled split type refrigeration units for onion storage of 250 MT, 50 MT and 10 MT x 2 Nos. chambers at 0.2 to 0.5 ⁰C & 62-67 % RH consisting of IDUc, ODUs, Power panel cum controller along with interconnecting copper piping with insulation, PVC drain pipe, electrical cabling and suitable system to maintain humidity & CO2 etc. as per clause no. 7.0 of tender technical specification.Note: Cost of Suitable system to maintain humidity and CO2 levels shall be considered under this item only

PUF panels for Cold Storage: Supply and fixing of double skin PUF Panel of 100mm. thickness for Cold Storage application as per clause no. 8.0 of tender technical specification.

Cold Storage Doors: Design, Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of gas tight doors specially designed for storage of perishable items in cold store chambers as per clause no. 9.0 of tender technical specification.

Ripening Chamber: Design, fabrication, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of ripening chamber of storage capacity of 5MT mainly for Banana, Mango and Papaya complete with Refrigeration units, Air tight doors, Ethylene generator & analyser, Air circulation system and PLC control system as per clause no. 10.0 of tender technical specification. N.B.: The chamber shall be constructed with PUF panels and quantity of PUF panels shall be measured under item no. 8 of this schedule.

Portable Humidifier: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Portable Ultrasonic Cool Mist Humidifier as per clause no. 11.0 of tender technical specification.

Split Air Conditioners: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of BEE 3 star rated inverter split air conditioners of 2.0 TR capacity each as per clause no. 12.0 of tender technical specification.

Copper tubing for Split AC Units: Supply and installation of refrigeration quality copper tubing of minimum 24 gauge thick along with sleeve type insulation wrapped with monsoon tape required for installation of split air conditioners of 2.0 TR capacity at site as per clause no. 13.0 of tender technical specification. NB: Each running meter of copper tubes will consists of one meter each of suction and discharge line together along with insulation and finish.

Electrical Cable for Split AC Units : Supply, laying and termination of electrical cables comprising of fire retardant PVC insulated copper conductor of three or four core x 2.5 sq. mm size as per clause no. 14.0 of tender technical specification.

Casing capping: Supply and installation of casing - capping (PVC trunking) for enclosing refrigeration tubing with insulation and electrical cable as per clause no. 15.0 of tender technical specification.

Drain line: Supply and laying of condensate drain pipe of 50 mm dia (rigid/reinforced flexible PVC) as per site condition or as per clause no. 16.0 of tender technical specification.

Condensate Collection & Supply System: Supply & installation of condensate water collection and supply system of the facility as per clause no. 17.0 of tender technical specification.

Supply and installation of monoblock pump of approx. 15 m head and min. 50 LPM flow as per clause no. 17.0 of tender technical specification.

Supply & installation of sunlght & impact resistant HDPE triple layer tank in vertical orientation as per clause no. 17.0 of tender technical specification.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of schedule 80 CPVC pipe of required sizes along with all required fittings such as tees, bends, unions, flanges etc. as per clause no. 17.0 of tender technical specification.

Fire Hydrant Piping System: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of GI pipe along with landing valve, isolation valve, flanges, required fittings and supports, nut & bolts for fire hydrant system as per clause no. 18.0 of tender technical specification. (18.1) GI Pipe: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of GI pipe of following diameters conforming to ASTM A53/A106 and as per tender technical specification.

Valves: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of following valves as per tender technical specification.

Mild Steel Structure Work: Supply of mild steel of various sections for fabrication and fixing of supports, stands, frames etc. wherever required at site for installation of Air-conditioning and Refrigeration Equipments as per clause no. 19.0 of tender technical specification.

DG System: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning as per clause no. 20.0 of tender technical specification.

125 KVA DG set with Acoustic Enclosure: 415V, 50Hz, 3 phase with 125 KVA capacity Diesel Generator Set.

AMF Panel: Fabrication, supply, installation and commissioning of AMF panel consisting of suitable rated Power (for item no.20) and control system logic hardware.

990 Ltr Day fuel Tank with piping: A day fuel tank with a capacity of 999 Lts for HSD made of 3mm thick CRCA sheet

Fire detection and Alarm system: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning as per clause no. 21.0 of tender technical specification.

Fire Alarm Panel: Fire alarm system consisting of centralized fire alarm system solid state type with built in power supply unit of adequate capacity of 2 loops.

Smoke detector: SITC of addressable Photo Electric smoke detector with base HM/PSE/S2.

Hooter: SITC of hooter Cum strobe along with all mounting accessories

Manual Call Point: SITC of call point along with all mounting accessories

Local Indicator (Response Indicator): SITC of response indicators to provide remote RED, LED visual alarms of the detectors installed in the rooms/ remote areas in a MS box.

Distribution Board: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning as per clause no. 22.0 of tender technical specification.

Fabrication, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of MV PCC panel with 250A MCCB with metering, indications complete in all respect and 4 outgoings of ratings 63A MCCB (4 nos.), 120 A MCCB (1 no.)

Supply and installation of VTPN DB of M/s LEGRAND with EKINOX series with 63A MCB and ELCB(30mA) as incomer and 6/16 A SP MCB as outgoing, 8 way and along with MCBs.

Supply and installation of VTPN DB of M/s LEGRAND with EKINOX series with 63A MCB and ELCB(30mA) as incomer and 6/16 A TP MCB as outgoing, 8 way and along with MCBs.

MV TPN SFU Isolator: Fabrication, supply, installation and commissioning of 200A, 440V SFU Isolator unit along with 250A HRC fuse links to be provided in 2mm thick CRCA sheet cabinet matching with existing MV PCC panel. This will be connected to existing Cu busbar of panel with suitable rated Cu flexible/ strip bus bar as per technical specification. Modification/alteration in existing PCC Panel shall be in scope of this job.

Point Wiring (surface type with M. S. conduits and Polycarbonate boxes with modular Switches/Sockets): Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of point wiring for following items with 2 mm thick m.s. conduit, copper conductor FRLS PVC wires, earthing conductors, switches, sockets, polycarbonate switch boxes and other accessories as required and clause no. 23.0 of tender technical specification. (23.1) Lighting Points ( with 2.5 Sq. mm. size FRLS wire):

Telephone Terminal Boxes: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of terminal boxes having KRONE type connectors (including supply & installation of connectors) with hinged door in sheet steel enclosure and sizes as below as per clause no. 26.0 of tender technical specification.

TTB (Telephone Terminal Boxes): TTB of size 300 mm (L) X 300 mm. (H) X 160 mm. (D) having 10 pairs of KRONE connectors

MV cables: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 1.1 KV grade PVC insulated stranded circular or shaped aluminium/ copper conductor cable with cores suitably laid up, extruded inner sheathed, galvanized iron round wire armoured and overall extruded/ PVC sheathed conforming to IS:1554 Part I with latest amendment and as under and as per clause no. 27.0 of tender technical specification. (27.1) To be installed on wall/slab/in trenches/above false ceilings/ through sleeves/on beams/ MS cabin with suitable size of m.s. clamps with screws, GI. saddles etc as per specification complete in all respects and for following sizes:
