Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels Raj Nagar Plain white marble/ Udaipur green marble/ Zebra black marble Area of slab over 0.50 sqm

Providing and fixing polycarbonated tranparent sheet 4.00mm thick in roofing with galvanised J or L hooks bolts and nuts with G.I. Providing and Fixing factory made UPVC door and window frame including shutters, made of UPVC exturded sections, of size aproved by engineer in charge with wall thickness 2.0 mm (* 0.2 mm). comers of the door frame to be mitred cut and jointed with plastic brackets and stainless steel screws, reinforcing hinge side vertical of the frames with PVC profile including double glass seald glazing in window, ventilators & partition etc. with 6mm thick clear toughned glass + air gape of aproved width 5 mm inside clear toughned glass complete as per architectural drawing complete and a blind arrangement between two double glass o all complete as per manufacturer's specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carnage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufactur including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.including carriage of materials and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Wall painting (two coats) with plastic emulsion paint including priming coat of approved brand and manufacture on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth including applying of putty as required for making the surface. including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Providing, repairing and strengthing old with new concrete/mortar joints with SikaRep® Microcrete-4/Renderoc-RG or its equivalent is factory designed pourable, shrinkage compensated, high performance microconcrete with Recommended water and coarse aggregate(if designed) to be added at site as per requirement as per specification of product data sheet.
