P/L of vitrified tiles in different size with water absorption less than 0.08% & conforming to IS15622 Of approved colour & shade laid in 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 mix including jointing with white cement& matching pigment complete job.

Providing fixing of baduloo formwork plate like component including cost of screw all complete job

P/F of 12mm thick commercial ply of approved brand on ceiling including cost of nails including cost of all fitting complete job

Replacing of damaged roof with 0.63mm thick CGIs sheets. Sheets covering will be fixed with using hot dip zinc coated self-drilling hexagonal washer head fasteners. The sheets shall be laid with minimum end and side lap of 150mm. Ridge shall be covered by 0.63 mm thick colour coated steel sheet.

Repair of paneled & glazed shutters for doors, windows & clerestory windows including ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of Required size with necessary screws. First class kail wood

P/F of 35mm thick paneled or paneled& glazed shutters for doors, incl. ISI marked black enameled M.S butt hinges with all necessary screws. (imported kail wood)

Painting two coats of synthetic enamel over wood and wood based surfaces of approved brand and shade including cleaning the surface from all dirt, dust and foreign matter knotting and sandpapering

P/A of POP(wall putty) 2mm thick on wall roof to give smooth surface for white wash including proper sanding complete job

P/A of washable oil bound distemper on wall of approved brand & manufacture including cost of water proof painting with all carriage complete job.
