Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 m wide and not exc 1.50 m deep for foundation, laying of pipe or for shafts, wells cesspits,man holes, sluice valves etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling, in soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for DN 100 mm ductile Iron pipe with spigot and socket ends, centrifugally cast, class DI-K9, cement mortar lining with portland slag cement as per IS 455: 1989, metallic zinc coating as per annex A of IS 8329 with finishing layer of bituminous coating as per annex C of IS 8329, suitable for rubber gasket joint, conforming to IS: 8329 : 2000, ISI marked, in any length, laid in trenches, pressure testing, washing out complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- The contractor shall submit purchase vouchers, test certificates, Batch No, Lot No and its expiry date etc and other relevant documents alongwith supply of Calcium Hypochlorite granular disinfectant. Engineer-in-Charge shall verify the authenticity and genuiness of PVC and TCs before forwarding contractor's claim of payment. Supply of chemical shall not be accepted without production of these documents and no payments shall be made.

Excavation and earthwork along the CI pipe line of dia 300/ 400mm dia (main line) between leaking area, burning out the leaking joints and taking out joint with spun yarn and lead complete and rejointing the same with proper lead joint and lead wool to remove leakage completely including necessary returning filling the earth and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation and earthwork along the CI/DI/GI pipe line of dia 80/100/150mm ( main line ) between leaking area,taking out old U/S MS clamp and supply & jointing properly with new clamp of same size, type including nuts, bolts and rubber packing complete including necessary returning filling earth and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only TCCA 90 (Trichloroisocyanuric Acid) to maintain PH of water and also cleaning the water all as specified and as directed.

Supply only NaCl (Sodium Chloride) for chlorome plant all as specified and as directed.

Cutting the existing road/hard standing surfaces to a depth of 60 cm and 50 cm wide and getting out for laying under ground pipe including returning filling in, watering well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soil and filling the trench top with 15 cm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate amd making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnect the electric supply, dismantling coupling and removing 15 HP compressor, shifting to local workshop for repair / servicing, Opening up the compressor unit, dismantle and remove damaged piston, piston connecting rod, rings etc and replace with new one, Reconditioning / welding / filling / grinding / lathework to shaft of the compressor unit, supply & replace suitable size bearing of make : SKF - 2Nos, drain out the out dated compressor oil, cleaning the oil chamber thoroughly by removing the sludges from the oil sump, filling up new compressor oil of specified gravity - 4 Litres, replacement of air filters of suitable size - 2Nos, replacement of gasket set, coupling, aligning, replacement of worn out V - belts ( B-72) of make : Fenner - 3 Nos, reassembling after replacement of defective parts, transporting back to the original location, reinstalling at sie, connecting, testing & commissioning complete all as specified & as directed.

Taking LT shutdown, dismantling and removing the 35 HP, 3 phase submersible pump set from existing foundation / position, shifting to authorized workshop for the repair work, removing the burnt winding, cleaning rotor / stator slots, re-winding the motor with super enamelled copper wire of the size equivalent to the original winding including insulated packing materials complete including varnishing, heating, drying etc, replacing the bearings, reassembling the motor, transporting to site of work and reinstalling back at it's original position, aligning, testing and commissioning on full load for 8 hrs continuous running complete including grinding the rust from impeller and any other works complete all as specified & as directed.

Taking down sewage pump set of 30 HP from existing foundation/position, shifting to authorised workshop for the repair work, removing the burnt winding, cleaning rotor / stator slots, re-winding the motor with super enamelled copper wire of the size equivalent to the original winding including insulated packing materials, complete including varnishing, heating, drying etc, replacing the bearings, reassembling the motor, transporting to site of work and reinstalling back at it's original position, aligning, testing and commissioning on full load for 8 hrs continuous running complete including grinding the rust from impeller, change of oil seal and any other works, emptying the sewage sump and cleaning the sludge from sump complete all as specified & as directed.

Taking down centrifuge machine (capacity 120 Kg / day ) from existing location, shifting to authourised workshop for the repair work and servicing, replacement of defective parts as required, testing and reinstalling back at it's original position, connected to sludge line after checking of servicibility of valves and any type leakage etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Opening the bearing cover from existing pump and replacing by new bearing both side of the pump of suitable size by greasing, before testing close the bearing cover, test pump with smooth sound and without heating the bearing cover complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down defective/unserviceable CI/DI water pipe up to 300 mm bore from 32 mtr hight Over head tank due to leakage and blockage of washout pipe line and refixing the pipe line in its orginal position including all necessary fittings and fixing open on wall or floor or OHT complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation along the PVC/HDPE pipe line of any size between leaking area and supply and replacement of PE-AL-PE composite pressure pipes including fittings such as elbows, tee, reducers , coupler/adaptor etc as required at site and returning filling in and well dressing the surface complete all as specified and as directed.
