Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete, all as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc. all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for in this Schedule all as specified & directed.

Dismantling AC sheet (Corrugated, Semi corrugated etc) as in roofs etc complete all as specified.

Dismantling boarding, ceiling boards including frame work complete all as specified

Demolition of brick/stone masonry built in cement/lime mortar of any mix and stacking serviceable stones aside for reuse & removing unserviceable materials in low laying area, complete, all as directed.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc all as directed.

Supply only water proofing compound (ISI marked).

M&L for brick work with old size sub-class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

All as per serial item No 10.00 here-in-before but except bricks. Note : Old serviceable bricks retrieved from serial item No. 7.00 here-in-before shall be used under this item.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks, cooler stand and similar work including welding conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290), complete, all as specified & directed.

S&F mild steel framed work using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S 1161-1979 Grade St-240 including necessary welding, bolting, special shaped washer, clamps, cleats etc. complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F mild steel members like angle, flat, channel, sheet (equivalent to existing sheet) after removal of existing rusted/damaged unserviceable member from the dismantled gate including necessary welding, grinding of joints and providing one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer to new MS members {MS members shall conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290)}, complete, all as specified & directed. Note : This item is to be exected in Steel gates dismantled vide serial item No. 3.00 here-in-before.

Straightening of the MS members of the dismantled gate to correct shape by forged, hammering, welding process to correct required shape complete all as specified & directed. Note : This item is to be exected in Steel gates dismantled vide serial item No. 3.00 here-in-before.

S&F mild steel framed work such as pintle hinge, stops to the gates & similar work including welding conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290), complete including making necessary space by cutting of floor finishes for setting the pintle hinge and making good the surface as per existing all as specified & directed. Note : This item is to be exected in Steel gates dismantled vide serial item No. 3.00 here-in-before.

Erection & fixing only (Old steel gate) framed work in position after carrying out necessary repairs to steel gate complete and made the steel gate fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified & directed. Note : (i) Steel gate dismantled from serial item No. 3.00 here-in-before shall be refixed under this item after carrying out necessary repair work under Srl Item No 14.00, 15.00 & 16.00 of BoQ. (ii) Contractor should take all necessary precautions for safety of the workman and the workplace while errection / fixing of heavy steel gate and no claim shall be entertained on this accocunt in case any damage occuers to the workman. (iii) In case any damage to the workplace / structure occurs during execution of this item, contractor shall make all good as per existing and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. (iv) The steel gate shall be made fully functional after fixing in position. Cost of minor like grease, oil etc shall deemed to include in quoted rate,

S&F GI powder coated snap grid of sizes 605 mm x 605 mm frame work for false ceiling with main tee 32 x 24 x 1mm thick, cross Tee 26 x 24 x 1mm and wall angle 24 x 24 x 1mm thick, flange covered with PVC thin including Gypsum board 7-9mm thick duly finished surface (thin PVC layer on gypsum board as per maunfacturer's instructions) size 600mmx600mm and the same shall be placed in snap grid as in false ceiling and including Hangers 6mm dia GI (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing 6 mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc and fixed with ‘L’ type or ‘J’ type or cranked hooks bolts complete all as specified.

All as per srl item No 19.00 here-in-above but except sheets. Note : Old serviceable AC sheets retrieved from serial item No. 5.00 here-in-before shall be used under this item.

M&L 6 mm thick asbestos cement two piece adjustable serrated ridge for corrugated or semi corrugated sheets fixed with ‘L’ type or J type or cranked hook bolt complete all as specified.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws or ‘L’ type or ‘J’ type or cranked hooks bolts complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws or ‘L’ type or ‘J’ type or cranked hooks bolts complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base, surface finished fair and even complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in levelling course 25mm thick finished fair & even complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring, finished fair and even, laid in alternate panels not exceeding 3 m x 3m, joints plugged with bitumen and sand mixture 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20 to 25mm thick laid over & including screed bed or bedding layer of 15mm thick in CM 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified. Note : - Kota stone shall be of size 550mm x 550mm (minimum) when brought at site.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar, laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and mirror polishing over & including 10mm thick rendering (as screed bed) in cement & sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic jointfree tiles (coloured) 7 to 8mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic jointfree tiles (coloured) 7 to 8mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for factory made 80mm thick machine pressed precast cement concrete coloured interlocking paver blocks glossy finish of Grade M-40 conforming to IS 15658-2006 of shape and size as directed with grey cement and pigment laid over & including 25mm thick sand cushioning, joints of blocks filled with dry sand and compacted with mechanical vibrator complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for factory made 60mm thick machine pressed precast cement concrete coloured interlocking paver blocks glossy finish of Grade M-35 conforming to IS 15658-2006 of shape and size as directed with grey cement and pigment laid over & including 25mm thick sand cushioning, joints of blocks filled with dry sand and compacted with mechanical vibrator complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions, all as directed. Note : - Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

M & L for rendering 12mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls & applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) of approved shade/tint on walls over a coat of 2mm thick wall care putty all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade/tint complete all as specified.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls (any numbers of layers) by scrapping with steel wire brushing or any other means, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots. etc and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) of approved shade/tint over a coat of 2mm thick wall care putty all as specified & as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls (any numbers of layers) by scrapping with steel wire brushing or any other means, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots. etc and applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade/tint all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint all as specified & as directed.
