Execution of work with mateials

Provision for clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50m outsite the periphery of the area cleared

Provision for surface dressing of the ground and in-disposal not exceeding 15cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50m and lift up to 1.5m

Provision for debris clearance from all around the monument and along the fortification wall including removal of debris from the site and disposal of unserviceable material up to lead of 50 meter and stacking of serviceable material etc.

Provision for restoration of CR stone masonry in fort wall with 50% original stones in traditional lime mortar (1:1:1 mxied with traditional adhesive) including slacking of lime mixing in gatta transportation of mortar and stones curing with all lead and lift etc complete.

Provision for coping/ water tightening with (1:1:1 mixed with traditional adhesive) including slacking of lime mixing in gatta transportation of mortar, curing with all leads and lifts etc complete.

Provision for recess pointing with (1:1:1 mixed with tradional adhesive) including slacking of lime mixing in gatta transportation of mortar, curing with all lead and lifts etc. complete.

Provision for providing khadanja pathway with available stones, leading to monument from CC road to Hathi Gate in dry RR stones at least 30cm thick stone with provision of 50mm thick edgng stone including filling gaps with red soil watering ramming etc complete with all leads and lifts.

Provision for providing 100mm thick sand stone flooring (fine chiseled) over the bed of appropriate lime concrete bed (1:1:1 lime sand surkhi with natural adhesive) including slacking of lime, mixing no of mortar in gatta, transportation of mortar, curing with all leads and lifts etc. complete.

Provision for removal of old dead lime concrete and laying fresh lime concrete (1:1:1 lime sand brick bats with natural adhesive) including slacking of lime mixing no of mortar in gatta, transportation of mortar, curing with all leads and lifts etc. complete.

Provision for providing 20-25mm thick lime plaster in the place of dead and plverzied lime plaster including racking of joints preparation of surface laying fresh lime plaster in (1:1:1 lime sand surkhi with natural adhesive) including slacking of lime, mixing no of mortar in gatta, transportation of mortar plastering, beating, curing with all leads and lifts etc complete.

Provision for restraration of original Hathi Gate rampard with Random rubble mixed with coarse grained red soil including watering and compaction with plate vibrator layers not exceeding more than 30-40cm etc. complete.

Provision for providing and fixing thunder lightening arrestor

Provision for providing hume pipe culvert in the north side of Hathi Gate 3m long 100cm dia

Provision for engagement of work superviser for to day supervision at site.

Provision for engagement of casual labour for night watch and ward of material, tool plant & machineries at site.

Provision for providing 40mm dia GI pipe hand rail both side of stairs along the steps leading to the monument for 100m adjoining to Hathi Gate

Provision for providing new electricity connection

Provision for procurement of articles required for conservation works and day to day maintenance of monument.

Provision for restoration of chek dams made of heavy boulders to retain the over flow of lake.

Provision for errection and dismantling of scaffolding

Provision for procurement of sanitiers, liquid hand wash, face mask, face shield, infrared Thermameter etc and for sanitiation of work place / site against spreading of Novel Covid-19
