(A) Construction of 46 MLD STP using SBR Technology under DBOT Basis. Design, construct & commissioning of 46 MLD STPs with appropriate hydraulic design & piping for proposed treated water pipeline with all connected pipes / specials, valves, and complete with all connected civil, mechanical, electrical & instrumentation works for monitoring, control and data acquisition on quality and quantity etc, complete.

Construction of Inlet chamber including RCC walkway with S.S. hand railings, necessary S.S. penstock shutter arrangements at the Inlet and outlets (i.e. inlets to Manual screen chamber) civil, mechanical, electrical & instrumentation works for monitoring, control and data acquisition on quality and quantity and their mechanical standby units and all connected works etc. complete.

Manual Fine Screen Chambers with R.C.C Screen channels including manual medium screen with S.S, Conveyor belt arrangements, RCC walkway slab with S.S. hand rails, S.S. rag disposal trays, necessary S.S. penstock shutter arrangements at the outlets and civil, mechanical, electrical & instrumentation works for monitoring, control and data acquisition on quality and quantity and their mechanical standby units all connected works etc. complete

Construction of Outlet Channels from detritus tank , parshall flumes, flow measurement device, inlet channel to distribution chambers of SBR basin, RCC Walkways with S.S. hand rails, RCC staircase with SS hand rails, with all connected civil, mechanical, electrical & instrumentation works for monitoring, control and data acquisition on quality and quantity and their mechanical standby units all etc, complete.

Construction of Distribution chambers for SBR Basins, feed pipes / channels between the distribution chambers, feed pipes / channels to SBR basins, SS penstock gates including guide channel, spindle, shaft and all accessories etc. complete, RCC Walkways with S.S.hand rails, SS ladder with all connected civil, mechanical, electrical & instrumentation works for monitoring, control and data acquisition on quality and quantity and their mechanical standby units all etc, complete.

Design, construct, commissioning of Air blower room including supply, erect and commissioning of High speed turbo air blowers suitable to deliver dry oil free air for the cyclic Activated sludge process Unit (SBR), all wet ventilation system, VFD control system, lifting arrangements, acoustic control with required air flow pipes, air flow meter, pressure gauges, valves, Air Blowers with accessories, electro mechanical & instrumentation accessories etc., complete as per specification

Design, construct, commissioning of Chlorine Contact Tank with SS penstock gates at inlet and outlet of the tank, SS ladder, Drain pump sets etc., complete as per specification.

Design, construct, commissioning of Chlorinator room, Chlorine gas system including chlorinator etc complete, pure water sump, booster pumps, piping, Chlorinators, Chlorine cylinders, safety sensor with lifting arrangements and Supply & fixing of suitable capacity Chlorinator with discharge submersible booster pumps, pipe lines with specials with all connected civil, mechanical, electrical & instrumentation works for monitoring, control and data acquisition on quality and quantity and their mechanical standby units all etc, complete.as per specifications.

Construction of Dilution water Pumphouse collection well, RCC walkway with SS hand railing, suitable submersible type pumping machinery, all piping and pumping main from Dilution water sump to Distribution chamber of Sludge Thickener, SS ladder with all connected Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation works etc, complete.

Construction of Annex building to the Dilution water tank to house the Control panels for the Dilution water tank, operator cabin/room, toilet/restroom facilities with all connected Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation works etc, complete.

Providing Bypass arrangements with all RCC Chambers, Pipelines, specials, valves, thrust blocks, valve chambers including all connected Civil & mechanical etc. complete. as per specifications and as directed at site.

Design, construct, commissioning of Sludge sump and pump house to handle SAS/RAS from SBR basins with suitable submersible pumping machinery, air blowers/agitators, EOT lifting arrangements, sludge feed pumps, delivery pipe lines, specials, valves, pumping main to Centrifuge including all specials with all connected civil, mechanical, electrical & instrumentation works for monitoring, control and data acquisition on quality and quantity and their mechanical standby units all etc, complete.as per specification

Construction of Annex building to the Primary sludge sump to house the Control panels for the Primary sludge pumps, operator cabin/room, toilet/restroom facilities with all connected civil, mechanical, electrical & instrumentation works for monitoring, control and data acquisition on quality and quantity and their mechanical standby units all etc, complete.

Construction of Distribution chambers for Gravity Sludge thickener, feed pipes to Gravity sludge thickeners, SS penstock gates including guide channel, spindle, shaft and all accessories etc. complete, RCC Walkways with S.S.hand rails, SS ladder with all connected civil, mechanical, electrical & instrumentation works for monitoring, control and data acquisition on quality and quantity and their mechanical standby units all etc, complete.

Construction of indoor Type Sub-station Building / Control room / Transformer room for the STP, 11 kV Substation. HT Panel and Allied Works , supply of indoor transformers, switch gears (HT/LT) and accessories, control panel necessary cable ducts, Power capacitor, HT panel, lighting fixtures, cabling for the entire plant, earthing, safety equipments including all civil, mechanical, electrical & instrumentation works for monitoring, control and data acquisition on quality and quantity and their mechanical standby units all, etc complete.

Providing and Laying of Disposal main of 900mm Dia DI-K7 from Koladi STP to Cooum river including the cost of electro-mechanical and other allied pumping arrangements and road restoration
